Location was short walking distance to grocery and public transportation (2 - 3 minutes). Distance from beach was longer, but not terrible(10 - 15 min). Using public busses and metro mover was able to reach boat show in under 50 minutes at a cost of $2.25.

Location was great! A bit deceiving with the pictures but an overall great stay. We stayed for 6 days and could have used another set of towels for the family to shower. This is not a complaints, it's for future reference. Thanks for the stay.

Family of 3 stayed here for a few days. Pros: location - easy walk to stores, restaurants, near trails, beach, parks. Had beach towels and beach access fob and chairs. Kitchen stocked with basics. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Cons: Complex’s pool was gross- old, not clean, just a few metal chairs to sit in. Apartment is tiny. Although it could sleep 6, it was just right for 3. Any more would be too many. There’s nowhere really to hang out. There’s two couches. Ones a twin bed but they are super uncomfortable to sit on because they’re deep. More like daybeds or futons I guess. The kitchen is tiny galley style. You can only fit one person or maybe 2 if side by side. The fridge door doesn’t open the whole way because it hits the stove behind it. Clock was broken. A/C unit in one bedroom was super loud to the point where my daughter used ear plugs to sleep. Limited blankets. Tiny bathroom with one shelf for your things. You have to actually step into the shower to turn it on getting wet in the process. Someone’s nightie was hanging in there when we checked in. No wash cloths. Communication with owner was patchy. She was traveling and there was a delay in getting responses. The directions on how to access the private beach were very vague. The apt. had no books, games, etc. which was ok since we didn’t spend much time there.

We had an amazing time at this place. So much so we lost track of the days. A truly delightful winter getaway during a hectic Ohio winter storm. Can't recommend this listing enough. Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything a person would want.

Our family had a great time. Kitchen had everything we needed. And there is a grocery store very close and restaurants. Each bedroom had a TV, which was great so the kids could watch their own thing. Very clean and quiet. Loved that they had beach chairs and sand toys. The only thing that was a little unclear was which beach club to use but we quickly figured it out and it is a wonderful beach with bathrooms. It is a little walk to the beach but our 4 and 7 year olds were just fine with it. I wouldn't plan on using the laundry, It was being used when we tried. (Just 2 sets for the apt building) But over all it was a great place.

We needed a short stay (2. Nights) while our house in Miami was fumigated. We found this 2-Bedroom apt on Key Biscayne. The location is excellent! Just steps to a grocery store, restaurants, ice cream, pharmacy, a park with kids play area, dogs play area a block to a private beach entrance. The apt was very clean, styled like a beach house and easy access. The owner and apt manager were excellent to work with. We enjoyed our time there and it actually became a staycation,

Location was wonderful. 6 of us slept comfortably, beds were a little hard but sleepable... Apartment was clean and exactly as shown in pictures on the ad. We were very pleased with our stay.

The apartment was clean, bright, in a great location and well-equipped with pretty much anything you would need. My only complaint is that water leaked out of the shower door leaving the bathroom floor covered in water after every shower. This was definitely a nuisance. I hope that the owner is able to repair this.

Simple, neat, clean and close proximity to everything.

Impecable apartamento, limpio y bien mantenido. Los dueños son muy amables y comprensivos. También están siempre disponibles, muy atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes y listos a ayudar. La ubicación es ideal. La playa está cerca. Además, del supermercado, bancos, peluquería y muchísimos restaurantes.

Appartment is fine and equal to the add Quite too small for 6 people as there is only one bathroom with the restroom inside Air conditioning needs to be fixed because it was very noisy and did not work in the two bedrooms Otherwise,very well located because close to private beach and restaurants

Apartment was very clean, smelled fresh upon entry, and provided much needed rest as we had traveled from north carolina. The community was beautiful, lovely.
