The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of puerto de la cruz, while being completely soundproof so we could get some good rest at night. This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It has everything you might need to cook and wash your clothes as well. But the best part of it was the unbeatable view of the sea and the stunning large balcony. Perfect to have a coffee on in the morning.

The only 2 downsides were not really a problem with the apartment: - very difficult to find street parking near the place, so we ended up paying the private car park right near the place which cost 15euros per day. The public parking near the sea was full most nights - The carnival in the public parking was a sore sight from the balcony and was quite loud at night if the door was open, but again not a problem with the place in itself.

The flat was very modern with every accessories for a perfect stay. Ideal for larger families.

Amazing views, spot clean, perfectly equipped, great location

The beds and kitchen were excellent quality. The sea-view was good.

The bad smell in the guest bathroom. The view on a big ugly parking lot. The temperature in the living-room was too low ( feeling 18C) and nothing was provided for heating up a little bit. As the apartment is oriented north, no sun is entering in winter. At 170 euros per night it should be warmer and cozier in the living-room, in the bedrooms it is OK.

We had a great time in this apartment. I really enjoyed the balcony. The apartment is bright and cozy. Everything is enough as needed. Modern, clean, cozy details. The hostess communicated warmly and kindly. We left with the best emotions :)

Great appartment and facilities. Very clean and well equipped. The location was also great.

I would have liked a comfier bed and pillows.

The view from the balcony out over the harbour and sea. The space in the flat and the arrangement/comfort of the rooms. The location near many restaurants and central Puerto de la Cruz. General facilities.

Lack of easy and safe car parking. We parked the car in the large, free car park 10 mins away but were always aware that there was no security etc. However, this was outweighed by the benefits of staying at the flat. If we stayed again we would probably dispense with car hire and make better use of the island’s bus system.
