Questa bella casa a 2 piani si trova in una strada tranquilla, molto sicura, l'atmosfera familiare. Quasi tutti nel quartiere hanno vissuto lì per molti anni. La nostra residenza è dotata di tutti gli elementi essenziali necessari durante le vacanze / vacanze. Ci sono 5 camere da letto molto spaziose disponibili. 3. 5 bagni. Un gioco / area lounge e un bellissimo loft con uno spazio ufficio per chi viaggia per lavoro. Goditi la stupenda pista ciclabile che è letteralmente visibile dal nostro cortile, dove puoi goderti una bella passeggiata tranquilla o un giro in bicicletta per un ulteriore aiuto in un'esperienza molto rilassante. Siamo in posizione centrale a Orlando in Florida. A pochi minuti dal mondo Disney, dal centro Epcot, dalla Universal e molto altro ancora. Ti do il benvenuto per goderti questa fantastica casa con la tua famiglia e i tuoi cari.

First, be aware that this is NOT a 6 bedroom house! It is 5 bedrooms with a game room that can be used as a bedroom but only with an ancient, rickety folding cot.
The photos would also lead one to believe that there are 8 beds; there are 6.
We had 8 men staying so 8 beds was perfect which is why we booked this house. We were shocked to show up and find just six beds! We reached out to the host frantically trying to figure out what to do. We needed air mattresses or something. It took several hours for a response and, even then, the response was that there were air mattresses as well as sofa beds which were both false.
Also upon checkin, one of the smoke detectors was chirping and needed new batteries; their response was that it wasn’t happening when the cleaning crew was there.
The next day we reported that the light and fan didn’t work in one room; they never came to fix those.
We asked for a space heater because the game room was freezing; they never responded.
Overall, this was a terrible stay!

Checkin process received one star due to not being able to reach Host at the time of Checkin. I arrived to the property during checkin and Host was not reachable, nor did the Host send the checkin access code early. Had to call VRBO Customer service to get in touch with Host. Was later contacted by Host's family member who is the property manager. Once checked in, all worked out fine. Advised the Host's family property manager to change the contact information that is online.

This roomy house is located close to all the Disney attractions but also close to Mt. Dora and Kelly Park/Rock Springs. The house is laid out with bedrooms and baths on both levels and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. It is perfect for a large family.

Our stay was more than I expected. The property was exactly like the pictures. We visited Orlando for a church event, our stay was not as long as I wanted it to be. The location of this property was perfect for us. it was very conveniently located where we needed to be. Charmaine was such a great host. It was a pleasure staying at her property and working with her. I hope to stay at this property again.

We hosted a corporate gathering in the area and the location of the property was perfect for our needs for hosting several out of town guests. There were ample amenities and kitchen is well stocked to economize on not having to eat out all the time. Would stay there again.

The property was good for our needs. Beds were comfy and the common spaces was very comfortable. Bring hair dryers, and if you need it. I would suggest the owners put a mirror in each of the bedrooms. Thank you

Overall we were very pleased with this property. We couldn’t get the tv on in the Velvet room and the mattress in the Beach room needs to be replaced. I would stay here again!! Just not during an arctic freeze🥶

The property was falsely represented to have a “Private Pool” which it did not and the community pool was closed down by the Health Department
since May 11, 2022.
The reason I chose this property was the size of the house with plenty bathrooms for our group and that it had a “Private Pool”. We were celebrating our friends 60th birthday so we were very disappointed…
I have reached out to VRBO and the property manager and have gotten nowhere with either.

Easy access to the parks fromm the tollway or surface streets. Would definitely recommend it, and will consider coming back!

Pleasantly surprised
The pictures of this home do not do it justice.. The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The host checked in often and answered back very quickly. I definitely will keep this home in mind for my next vacation!

Wonderful home. It was beautifully decorated. The owners had drinks waiting in the fridge upon arrival. Everything was outstanding. The only surprise was that it did not have a pool at the home but had access to a community pool somewhere in the subdivision. It was not a big deal but just a little different than expected. Overall a fantastic experience. I would rent there again.

This location is great! The owners are welcoming and very accommodating! The home was clean and spacious along with very nice! I will be back to this location when I revisit Florida!
