The staff was really nice. The gym, breakfast, waiting area was really nice.
The room was dirty. Floors were not vacuumed (many pieces of food and other weird debris). Bathroom tile grout was extremely filthy. Toilet on multiple times would not stop making noise. The shower and sink had drainage problems (tub would have 1-3 inches of standing water when taking a shower. No vent fan in bathroom. Bed felt like it was extremely old and saggy. The bed sheets were really loose fitting.

Good reception when we arrived from the front desk, helped us with all our needs. Comfortable beds and clean hotel.

Upon check in , we we're told our room was on 3rd floor but the elevator had been inoperable the last several weeks due to a parts issue. And the desk clerk said that I convenience was noted on the website......NOT. but after stating we are over 70 years old he put us on the 2nd floor, and offer to bellhop our luggage...we politely refused.
No waffle maker on breakfast buffet that was only from 7 am to 10 am .

The rooms are dated and the elevator was broken (for the next two weeks - awaiting parts).

The manager Ebony canceled my reservation and refused to check me in and was extremely rude to me! I had to end up getting a completely different hotel up the street!
