The house is beautiful. However, if you want to see the lake, the property has very high hedges and the upstairs deck is the best place to see it. We were so disappointed that the path down to the lake was not included with this property. From the water there is a lovely area to swim and have shaded cocktails but after numerous requests to the owner, we were not permitted. So dissatisfied!

This home was originally built in 1940. You would never know unless someone told you. The remodel is absolutely beautiful, very tastefully furnished, well stocked and has tons of room -- inside and out. The property lives up to its description -- short walk to beach, backyard sunsets, huge yard for kids to burn off some energy, and on and on. Unconditional recommendation.

We loved this house. An elderly couple who could stay on the main floor in a big primary suite, 2 middle aged couples, and 4 young adults celebrating a 60th anniversary. My husband and I had the second primary suite upstairs, also lovely. The 10 of us had plenty of living space to spread out when we weren’t bobbing in the pool or watching the sunset over Lake Michigan on the deck. Honestly, the place is great. There was a problem with the upstairs tub, hopefully that will be repaired soon, but had no negative effect on our stay. 5 stars.

Everything was of top standard, from the home’s décor to the most phenomenal outdoor views of the Lake. The house was exceptionally hygienic clean with comfortable beds in each spacious room, well equipped kitchen, and amazing lounging areas, ideal for just chilling after a meal. Our stay is most memorable with this home, and we will definitely be back for another break during the summer.

We enjoyed a short spring-break getaway to South Haven. The kitchen and living areas are very comfortable. The space is great for card/game playing, making family style meals and enjoying the lake view. The chilly weather was perfect for spending time in the hot tub.

The house is lovely and situated on a beautiful lot. Views of Lake Michigan are stunning. The house accommodated our mixed families so well. There was lots of space to relax together yet space to accommodate separate group activities.
The outside is a treasure. We were blessed with Michigan beautiful weather so afternoons and evenings were spent gathered around the pool and on the patio. Oh, and the sunsets…delivered beauty every night!

4 couples stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate milestone birthdays and anniversaries. The house overwhelming exceeded our expectations! I’ve stayed at countless vacation rentals and this one by far had the most stocked kitchen. There a full spice drawer and even storage bags and wrap to put away leftovers.
We can’t wait to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor space.
Do NOT hesitate to book this property, you won’t regret it!

Perfect.
We have rented many houses in the past for our family events, but this property was literally perfect. Not only the amazing view, but the layout of the bedrooms, baths and gathering areas was fantastic. My wife is handicapped, and other than 1 step to get into the house, almost everything was ground level, including the patio right off of the master bedroom. I also have never stayed at a property that was so well stocked. We've run into times where there was no propane for the grill, not enough pans or cookware, dishes, etc. This place literally had everything (including 2 EXTRA propane tanks that were full). Great space for our visiting, and the scenery was amazing, even watched a lightning storm come across the great lake. Great job on this property, would love to stay there again.

Management needs to be sure that things like the battery-operated candles have batteries in them. A huge delivery of wood was made, but it was all wet, so we were unable to use the fire pit. Pool and hot tub maintanance were excellent.

Incredible property that's even more gorgeous in person!! Our family had a wonderful stay and we couldn't get over all of the amenities and lakefront views from the huge backyard. It was honestly a dream. Definitely book this spot!!

Beautiful home!
This house was perfect for our small retreat. My only complaint is that the landscaping crew came and was leaf blowing for an hour. It would have been nice to have a heads up so we could have scheduled meetings around it. Other that that, I was very happy with the stay and plan on returning in the future.

2nd visit
We visited 24 Cass for the 2nd time in as many months, and we had a great time! Everything was so clean, all of the beds/bedrooms are super comfortable, and the views are phenomenal. We loved it (again!)!

Excellent stay
It was a perfect solution for our work retreat. Very clean, beautiful location, quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub. Views were spectacular. Very nice, stay!

Great family fall weekend
We had a phenomenal time at this house in South Haven! The weather wasn't great on our first full day, but given how spacious the home is, as well as the game room in the basement, we still had a great time! The following day we visited an apple orchard and corn maze in Fennville. The kitchen is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and everything else is impeccable. We will be back!

Late Summer Vacation
We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, modern, and had plenty of amenities to keep our group entertained and happy. The house is beautiful with incredible views of Lake Michigan, and it ended up being a perfect, relaxing vacation for our whole family. We look forward to returning to the property next year.

It can be hard for some of these premium vacation properties to live up to their gorgeous listing photos- but this one has no trouble. It's as spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained as pictured, and also really easy to access, use and enjoy. An exceptional property and a truly beautiful place to retreat and relax.

A perfect week in PURE MICHIGAN
The property is uniquely situated on Lake Michigan with a lovely yard and outdoor gathering spots. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and one incredible storm as it blew in from the west. The home is well appointed and has a great layout. Each room on the first floor had views of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

The place was stunning. Beachwalk rentals truly made it a great trip. They were very professional and went above and beyond to have everything the house needed (and more). Will definitely rent from them again!
