The most impressive was the wonderful breakfast! Great variety of choices, very tasty food especially the croissants and fried eggs which brings an energetic kick off of a day. The closing time was supposed at 11am but they didn't push the guests to leave which gave me enough chill time. Very friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 check-in process, act as a helpful guide. One restaurant staff has made me a coffee even it was closed from breakfast. I had a request for a taxi call service from the hotel front staff quite some last minute, which was pretty rush but they even wait me at the lobby and gave me a bid farewell. The room was spacious and comfort, with a great sea view. The bed was very large, and the air-con was very cold enough. I like the surroundings of the hotel, schools, neighbours, and the yachts, which created the quiet but cosy atmosphere. The morning walk from the hotel to the tram station was very enjoyable. Easily accessible by the tram 26 from the Amsterdam Centraal station with just 20-25mins, and followed by approx 8 mins walk.

I have requested a quiet room but you can still heard some talkings outside the window at the night. Have to be aware of the last tram from Centraal to the Ijburg station. The room rate was a bit costly but still worth everything.

A lokáció jó,nyugis. Kb. 20 perc alatt be lehet érni a Centraal-hoz. A szálloda személyzete nagyon kedves, a szoba rendkívül tiszta, komfortos. Minden nap tökéletesen tiszta szoba várt minket.

Az ágy ugyan kényelmes, kicsit azért kemény - hosszan egy oldalon feküdve / aludva elzsibbad az ember végtagja. A mosdóban a lámpa mozgásérzékelős, ami nagyon rossz ötlet, tekintve ha éjszaka van dolgod, felkapcsolódik a lámpa. A zuhanyhoz egy nagyobb ajtó is hasznos lenne, még vigyázva is csupa víz lesz a padló az esőztető használatakor.

It was far from the city. There is public transport nearby however we never figured out how to use the public transport so the taxi fares were expensive

Frühstück war gut, Lage war auch gut.

Die Bar im 10. Stock war klein, gemessen an der Anzahl der Gäste und man konnte spät abends leider NUR auf Reservierung Platz finden.

Super Cooles Hotel Super Lage - ist in ca 20 min in der Stadt - Anbindung perfekt

Haben 2 mal darauf hingewiesen das der TV nicht funktioniert- wurde leider nicht geändert.

It was lovely staying in an eco-conscious property. The breakfast was varied and delicious - shout out to the omelette chef - and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality.

We would have appreciated having two complimentary bottles of water for two guests, not just one between us.

Die Böden (zB im Bad) könnten bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen zwischendurch gereinigt werden

The bed was very comfy and the room was a fair size for a solo traveller. The location is also brilliant!

The decor, not my style and seemed old style, with too many lights and switches.

- I liked the possibility of late check-out so I could sleep in! and the fact that they offer room service although we didn’t make use of it. - We arrived after 12AM and it was nice that they could still check us in. - They have a parking garage underneath the hotel so it made it easier not to worry about where to park and such. - The room was big and spacious enough and the bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. - I asked where I could find the room service menu online and a lady from the reception was kind enough to bring the menu to my room.

- My boyfriend was away for work during the day and I slept in and a staff member (a man) came twice in the room while I was asleep during check-out time and that made me unsafe and uncomfortable even though we have requested a late check-out beforehand and he probably wasn’t informed. - No mini fridge in the room - The TV didn’t have a lot of options for a smart TV. We could only use YouTube and the rest were just normal Dutch channels. - They don’t have a lot of variety in their restaurant/room service menu and most of the food are pretty pricey.

I love the hotel, but last time I was there my room was so much better. The bathroom this time in room 504 was weird, not quite as nice, and I did expect to have a balcony so I was a bit disappointed.

It has a delicious restaurant and although it is not in the city centre, it is easy to get around.

We couldn´t open the window or enjoy the terrace of the room because every time we tried to open the window, we had millions of mosquitoes inside the room. The room is quite small and the hotel is quite far away from the city centre for the price we paid. I won´t go back to this hotel.

I had to change the room, as the one I reserved online had no good view. Most importantly, there was bad smell on the floor and the room. Staff were cooperative to change the room, though I paid EUR 15 more.

The room was not clean enough.

The location is outstanding...right next to a Marina. The room decor was 2nd to none.. Exceptional. I just found my new home on all my regular visits

They need to replenish the water bottle in the room daily.

Charged for room with a view even if the other couple got the same without a reservation or extra payment. Overall experience with the staff from the reception was not that good - incomplete information, very crowded. Very expensive for the quality of the services provided.

 Excellent location, extreme  staff, delicious breakfast buffet, all around it was a wonderful stay, and we  would always come back and recommend to friends and family
