Der Komfort im Zimmer
Das angegliederte Restaurant hat ein merklich zu hohes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και ωραίο. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, και πολλοί από το προσωπικό ήταν Έλληνες. Έχει κοντά πολλές συγκοινωνίες (μέτρο, τραμ και λεωφορείο)
Ανεξαρτήτως των συγκοινωνιών, το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σχετικά μακριά από το κέντρο, περίπου στα 30 λεπτά με το μέτρο και 40 με το τραμ. Επίσης, κάτι για το οποίο δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί προτού κλείσουμε το κατάλυμα, υπάρχουν πάρτυ και dj στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου κάθε Σαββατοκύριακο με πολύ δυνατή μουσική, η οποία δεν μας επέτρεψε να κοιμηθούμε για δυο βραδιές.

Wasn’t correct with the things that said and facilities we paid for was rented out so we couldn’t use them . Management apologised and said we van give you 2 glasses of wine !!! Won’t hi there again

Ben niet te spreken over dat je als klant parkeerkosten moet betalen. Voorheen kwamen we ook als dag gast en moest je voor het parkeren 10 euro betalen dit was nu 25 terwijl we een kamer hebben geboekt. Slaat echt nergens op

I arrived at Schiphol Airport and had some meetings in Amsterdam Zuid - the hotel is conveniently located for this.
I cannot think of anything I dislike about this hotel.

De kamers zijn stijlvol, netjes en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk. Naast hotel kan je op metro, tram stappen.
Omgeving van het hotel is niet aantrekkelijk. Geen groen, sfeervolle plek van de stad.
Voor parkeren bij hotel betaal je 25 euro per nacht, hier waren we niet van op de hoogte en vonden we hoog.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda perché è vicino all'aeroporto. Le strutture sono molto confortevoli e belle. Mi è piaciuto tutto, il letto, la spa, la TV... tutto.

The staff were so accommodating especially if you arrive late.

- Le prix du petit à 19€ alors que le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié.
- Internet n’est pas gratuit car la fin de mon séjour (4 jours) j’ai du payer 6€ en plus alors qu’ils nous ont dit c’était gratuit la wifi.

Everything! Location, close to our family and Metro station for central Amsterdam but nice and quiet. Food was great, breakfast and dinner. Friendly service from everyone.

I spent over 300€ just so my fiancé and I could get a nice couple massage and to my surprise there was only one masseuse that was working there and every day was fully booked.

Kahvaltı almadım ancak otelin konumu ve resepsyondaki kişiler hem güleryüzlü hem de yardımcıldı. Özellikle Hamide hn'a çok teşekkür ederiz. Oğlum gideceğimiz son gece hastalandı bize her konuda destek oldu. Kendisine özellikle teşekkürlerimizi bu anket aracılığı ile de iletmek istedim.

Close to the metro, very comfortable rooms, staff extremely polite. 24/7 shop handy and coffee and tea in the rooms.
Only issue was the blinds that are on the outside of the windows, you cannot control these but they were very noisy coming up and down.

Het personeel is super aardig geweest voor ons! Cheomecast deed het niet in onze kamer en dat heeft het hotel zeker goed gemaakt met ons ik ben jullie hiervoor zeer dankbaar!
Ik vond het jammer dat in de spa gedeelte de kamer waar je kan liggen onder de lichten met het zee uitzicht het niet deed omdat er een storing was.

Op zich een prima hotel, wel wat minpuntjes gescoord bij ons helaas.
Alles netjes en schoon. In onze kamer werkten de screens niet. Koffieapparaat deed het ook niet.
Bij het inchecken troffen we een aardige jonge dame maar ze gaf geen uitleg over de mogelijkheden van ontbijt, en het parkeren. Bijna al het personeel is Engelstalig. Inchecken leek meer op de paspoortcontrole bij een vliegveld dan een fijn welkom bij een hotel.
Jammer dit viel wel een beetje tegen voor ons.

The hotel interior and room themselves are nice. There is a coffee machine and kettle in the room and the restaurant, Mondi, has a cute vibe.
The staff member who checked us in was very stiff, the “spa” was not even included even tho the room was already 200 euros + for 1 night. We bought the “spa” tickets just to get there and realize it was so bad, can’t believe they call that a spa. It was 1 very uncomfortable space with a small pool, and 2 small saunas which were full of people. Overall many better hotels in amsterdam for a better price and better location.

Quiet location away from downtown, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. No loud fans. Great breakfast for purchase. Very helpful reception staff, nice lobby. Pack your own flip flops if you intend to use the spa.
