虫が少し出てた

Nice apartment well furnished (high quality of bed's matresses) and well located (5 min walk from Abiko metro station). Pleasant neighbourhood (quiet) with all you need (convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants, ...) where you can experience the life of Osaka people, far enough from the busy districts (Dotonbori, ...).

The size of the beds was OK for 1 person, but not for 2 adults (width is approximately 140 cm) : pictures give the impression they are big enough for 2 adults but they are not.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is surrounded with restaurants, convenient stores, grocery store & some shops. We all had a good sleep because of the comfortable beds and all basic needs for the kitchen were provided for. The bathroom was very clean.

although it’s a 6 minute walk to the train station my kids wasn’t bothered at all.

Our family of 3 just stayed here for a month and loved everything about Prestige Suite Abiko. Great location in quiet neighbourhood close to convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants. Apartment was a comfortable "home away from home" with great amenities and super comfortable beds. Abiko train station is few minute walk on Midsuji line (same line as Tennoji, Namba, Umeda-very convenient for shopping and sightseeing) Great communication and clear instructions from helpful hosts. Can't recommend enough, will always stay here when in Osaka.

Nothing not to like

The apartment was a lovely quiet retreat down a residential street in Sumiyoshi-ku, within easy walking distance of a charming shopping area with several food shops and eateries. The property managers Haru-san and Fumi-san left a wealth of information (via e-mail and also in helpful manuals and signs in the apartment itself) about what to do, where to go, how to use the room appliances, etc. The upstairs part of the apartment was especially inviting and cozy, with three(!) high quality beds. We were able to cook simple meals, too, using the tiny but well-appointed kitchen space. Finally, I appreciated the strong and reliable Wi-Fi, since I had to teach online lessons to clients during my stay. Overall: excellent value for money!

Tall guests like myself (180 cm) may find it difficult to navigate the apartment's low ceilings, particularly in the washroom/vanity area; I probably knocked my head 9-10 times during the course of my 4-day stay. There's also very little natural light due to the lack of windows, so the apartment can feel like a chilly cave, especially when the air-con is not on.

The bathroom is clean, the owner has very good help for tourists.

Very confortable

The place is very clean and comfortable. The owners had well thought of the place's design and amenities that will make guests feel at home. Haru and Fumi (the owners) are very hospitable and very responsive to your concerns and needs, from the moment you booked until check-out. The place is in a quite neighborhood with restaurants, streetfood, supermarkets, drugstore, and budget shopping street that are walking distance. If you go sightseeing, the Abiko train station is just a 5 minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again when in Osaka.
