Very nice beach condo. It had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The ocean sunsets from our personal balcony were stunning. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I rented this condo for three weeks. There was plenty of room to unpack and get settled in. The kitchen had a great assortment of pots & pans along with coffee maker, tea maker, toaster and anything else you might need. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this was definitely the best for cooking. They also had a drawer with wraps and storage bags and a cabinet with some cans of vegetables, pastas, teas, crackers and miscellaneous. The fridge was full of condiments. The laundry room had detergent and everything was organized and well-marked. The primary bedroom was located in the back of the apartment with it’s own bathroom which was nice. The living room was open to the kitchen and was nice and bright and all the furniture very comfortable. The balcony was the perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset or enjoy a cup of coffee and watch people walking the beach in the morning. Barry and Lauren were very quick to respond when we ran into an issue trying to figure out the blue tooth, with Barry even stopping by with a back-up and Lauren sent us a delicious box of chocolates because of a complication we ran into. They had pickle ball paddles and tennis racquets to use in the condo court which was easily available in the morning to play. There was an elevator but we enjoyed getting our exercise and chose the stairs. The location of the condo right on the beach with restaurants with in walking distance was great.

Very clean and well equipped property on a wonderful location on the beach.

Very clean unit with lots of room. Weather was cold and windy and the unit is located on a busy street with lots of street noise. We had a great vacation

The condo is EXACTLY as pictured and is as clean as pictured which is VERY rare! There were a few minor things that could be better and when I reached out to owner, most were on their list already. This property is VERY well maintained and clean which is hard to find. Views of course were beautiful and right on the beach. They had beach chairs, toys, plastic cups for the beach which was very nice. The pool was heated which was a nice touch as well as the ocean was too cold for us locals. Overall, great property and we will be back!

The checkin was easy and the condo is beautiful! The owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony, have coffee and watch the birds looking for breakfast. We even saw a dolphin a couple times. Evening was sitting on the balcony, enjoying a glass of wine and watching beautiful sunsets.

We have stayed at many condos in Florida nothing as beautiful and accomadating .The view and beach are fantastic.

Beautiful beachfront property, owners are very accommodating and very easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo and beach! Loved how the area isn’t super touristy feeling and more laid back! Just the relaxing vacation we needed & money well spent!

We were very impressed with the location and view.The condo was decorated “beachy” and had comfortable living room furniture. We liked the fact that there were places nearby to eat. The pool was great as you could see the ocean from the pool. The owners gave us great suggestions. We would definitely stay again!

Every year our family rents a condo out in reddington beach for the Fourth of July and I have to say this was probably our favorite spot. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We had a wonderful time. You cannot beat the location! Steps away from the beach. Views are amazing. The condo is spacious and functions well for gatherings.

What a wonderful area to vacation! The condo was absolutely perfect and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. No stone was left unturned in making us feel welcome. The view from the Lani was spectacular! What a great beach for early morning and late night walks and the water was clean and warm. Great dining options within both walking distance and a short drive away. (Salt Rock is awesome!) Johns Pass is a fun area to dine and people watch. Also did a few day trips to places such as the Ringling Museum/Ca' d'Zan in Sarasota. (Highly recommended) We cant wait to come back!

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo unit in 5 floor sea oats well maintained property. On Beach with pool and tennis. Condo is well equipped - restaurants nearby. Owners very helpful and easy to get hold of:) We had family of 5 with older kids and had plenty of room.

We had a wonderful week! The owners were very accommodating. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Pool and beach were perfect and the building maintenance staff are constantly cleaning and keeping everything nice! Hope to be back next year!

From check-in to departure, our stay was wonderful. We stayed here 2 years ago when there was a queen bed and single bed in the 2nd bedroom. Now there are 2 double beds, much to the dismay of both our kids and spouses. They didn't get much sympathy from me but it may make a difference to someone else. Our hosts were quick to answer questions and were eager to please. It was very sad to leave this beautiful "oasis".

We loved our stay here. It was beautifully decorated, kitchen completely equipped and bathrooms beautifully updated. The view from the balcony and beach location couldn't be better. We had no complaints whatsoever and look forward to returning as often as we can.

Have stayed at Sea Oats previously. It is a wonderful vacation spot. Room #408 was just lovely. We appreciated the cleanliness, the beach accessories, and the kindness of and communication with the owners. Will look forward to a repeat stay.

Everything is exactly as pictured and described! The condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly need!! The views are spectacular and a must see at sunset! This is by far the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in! We will be back!!!

Loved to condo!! Great view, easy access to the beach. Owner quick to respond if there are questions/issue. Would definitely recommend this one if you are on the fence about booking!!!

everything we wanted for our beach vacation! The condo was well stocked and in great condition. The beach views were amazing . The location was great - quiet enough for us but so much to do and close to everything so my adult kids enjoyed too!

Beachfront lovely and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Owners very communicative and cordial. Gorgeous view of Gulf beach. Great location in Redington Shores with easy access to shopping, very good restaurants and Clearwater/st Pete. Definitely recommend.
