Beautiful views at the sea

Property smelled like some was smoking in the unit

Its location was beautiful. The apartment had that homely feel to it.

The apartment was filthy, the floors hadn’t been swept, could see other peoples hair all over the floor and beds were uncomfortable. bed sheets were not changed. very disappointed.

No Freezer!!! Understand the freezer broke down the morning of our arrival, but it was very inconvenient with frozen meat that we brought with us. There was wifi, which we couldn't use as it didn't want to open any pictures or some apps.

The access to the sea was great. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with appliances. The complex is well looked after and the rules were obeyed.

The unit was about a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach, which was very convenient.

The location is an absolute turnoff.....

My bedRoom and bath/shower were small The network problem jn the area and no Wi-Fi

The Accommadation, The Beautifull Sea Views, The Big Pool, The Pub by the Pool, & of course the Classy Service!

We had an excellent time. We have told all our friends about the Swell Time we had @ Ur Beach Club! Thanx Once Again!

Lovely setting and complex

Just don't feel comfortable that you have to drive close past a location to get to hermanus Beach club 😔😔

It was self catering, So prepared our own

The difficulty of finding the room. We were promised that the security at the gate will show us the room. We drove around endlessly until we found the parking bay. The the struggle was to find the apartment, because there is no sign that shows it and no number visible from the parking bay. You have to walk a distance to your apartment, walk up some stairs. Having had a hip replacement not so long age, this was a nightmare for me. I chose it because it said "ground floor" and although it was ground floor, but not conducive for me. The apartment smelt of mould and the kitchen floor was dirty. When we complained via WhatsApp to the host, this was the response:"I am quite surprised! This is one of the nicest units in the bc with excellent reviews. Maybe you are not familiar with the covid regulations. We are NOT allowed to meet guests. This is also a self-catering unit NOT a hotel room . Really!!!!" We booked a self-catering unit and that is what we got with everything we need, hence we could not mistake it for a hotel. The response we got did not treat us as customers but as moaners. It lacked empathy, customer care and EQ.
