Amazing view, excellent location and very good service.
The pool was nice, the apartment was clean and organized. Very recommended for families with kids.
Very minor things - more towels, more utensils and such. To be honest when we asked for something the staff immediately supported.

The location is beside the City Free Tram zone. There are supermarket nearby. The property is on the high floor and the surrounding is quiet and tranquil. The washing machine and dryer in the apartment were great for us as we had an extended stay.
There is no independent air-conditioner/heater in the one of the room. We were only given one set of key with door access token during check-in, and was told that we will be given another set the next day, but it was never sent to our apartment.

One of the two rooms had no heating which is very disappointing in Melbourne weather also two cranes were operating very close to the windows which felt dangerous and the low level meant we could hear all noises, sofa bed is worn out and wasn’t comfortable

The location is great. 30min drive from MEL airport. Within the free team zone of the city. 15min drive to the South Wharf. Parking available with the apartments

The view was awesome so the floor to roof windows are amazing & the covered veranda is perfect for that morning coffee
Could’ve been bigger for our situation as we had 5 of us but it was cosy. The sofa being a pullout sofa bed helped heaps though.

Booking.com when I put my phone number as the business owner and the support worker went down with a disability person I got the email and not them. There is need to be an option for their email and telephone number as well. Nothing wrong with the property was great

Quiet location, view from rooms and balcony was fantastic
Shower had poor pressure, bed in master was hard as a rock and is 2 so goes joined together so the middle join was very uncomfortable. Poor design with the outside of building as when it rains the rain drips onto the large window frames and amplifies into the bedroom making sleep difficult. 3 pubic hairs found on arrival, one in cubby hole of master side table and 2 in bathroom (one on toilet lid and one by soap dispenser.

The location was fabulous, at the end of the free tram zone. Very easy to get to everything. Very modern apartment, loved the pool.
We were given a map showing the location of the apartment but no information on how to log into the WiFi as you had to scan a qr code to get instructions. We got there in the end but not exactly a smooth process. No aircon in the bedroom which meant we had to open the doors at night and it was noisy/stuffy.

Nice clean apartment right on the water. Only 4th floor, but on the corner and quiet. Nice little alcove with a desk to work from. Free trams right outside.
Only one air conditioner in the living room, so bedroom can get stuffy, especially in the afternoon sun.

The apartment was very clean, had a beautiful view and was even better than we were expecting it to be.
A extra sheet on the beds would have been good as on hot nights, it was too hot for the doona but too cold not to have a sheet over us. The doona was the only option unfortunately.
It would be great if there was a drop box for the keys rather than us having to take our car out of the car park then go back to the 12th floor to return the keys to the room on our departure day, as trying to get parking on the street is very difficult.

We had originally booked for 10 nights but ended up staying for 15 nights. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The views were incredible. It really felt like home. Tram right outside which takes you straight into the city (free). Great cafes all around and a Woolworths supermarket just a 2 minute walk away. Lovely area to walk around as well. Thank you to Grace and the rest of the team for looking after us.
My suggestion would be to have a box of tissues available or some paper towels for the kitchen.

Hard to go from level to level - we had friended in 2 different rooms on different levels and it was hard because you need keys to get on any level besides ground floor

The view was the best part of our stay.
We arrived to a complete different room to the photos, one room had a double bed one had a king, layout was different. Waited an hour to get changed to the room that was stated in the photos with two kids after travelling 10 hours. No aircon in second room not enough space for portacots. We changed rooms and were offered a fan, however pools were not in use the 4 days we stayed (would not have booked if known this) had to do rubbish and dishes basically told to leave it how it was found as we would be charged a cleaning fee $300 bond. Over all we would not class this as a 5 star apartment at all. The lady who changed our rooms for us told us to give a good review as it was her day off and helping us (I found rude) considering we paid almost $1500 for 4 nights we would expect service and help during our stay, got questioned when asking for more towels and toilet paper. We wouldn’t stay here again when returning to Melbourne!
