We loved our stay.. house was nice but old, moved when wind blew hard little. Fridge small , appliances suffice, stove top eyes need attention., Queen bed in front room slants, wheels on frame gone in back. Not a bad house, just some things need attention, and cleaned better.. but beach is always great, no matter the house to us!

We loved our stay and location. However, the stairs outside were a bit unsafe because there was no light to see. My brothers fell from the top step on the first set all the way to the bottom. They were slippery when they were wet. Some of the boards on the top deck that need replacing. The oven in the stove does not cook like it supposed to, it seems like the element may be going out. The grill was very nasty but we did not use it. Over all the stay was great!

We found the property big enough and well located to the beach entrance. The stove had not been cleaned when we arrived to make dinner but they did come the next day to clean and replace the stove top liners. The kitchen was large with new counters, and older painted cabinets with several drawers that did not work. Old scratched non-stick pots should be discarded as unsafe. Nice big table for meals and activities. The main room TV is very small for the size of the room. Bedroom drawers were stuck in several bedrooms. We were unable to get the fireplace to work. When asked about this I received an email with instructions that we could not get to work.l it would have been appropriate to send someone to light it and instruct us as to how to get it to work as we had several cold days during the week, This was a disappointment. Overall we had a great time being together. In 2021 we had direct communication with the owner of the property and had. better experience. As a result, I have learned that going through VRBO is like having a surcharge as the property is managed by a rental agency and there was no communication or benefit from VRBO as all contact was with the agency. Neither the owner or VRBO assisted in our stay.

we rented for my mom's 70th birthday. first time staying south Nags Head. we were able to walk to the beach and it was quieter there. hot tub was nice. kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. plenty of space for the 5 of us, we didn't use the bunk bed room. some furniture and carpet could be updated.

Our whole family loved staying here, it was close to the beach and had all of the necessities as well as some great nice-to-haves. Unfortunately, someone in our party broke their foot due to the lack of light in the area by the hot tub and stepping off a higher than expected platform so fair warning that you’ll want to turn those lights on when you’re on the second floor so that there aren’t any accidents. Everything else went exceedingly well and the property managers were incredibly fast at getting someone out when we had an issue with loose railing ties on the porch. Would highly recommend, especially for the value for a large extended family.

Our whole family loved staying here, it was close to the beach and had all of the necessities as well as some great nice-to-haves. Unfortunately, someone in our party broke their foot due to the lack of light in the area by the hot tub and stepping off a higher than expected platform so fair warning that you’ll want to turn those lights on when you’re on the second floor so that there aren’t any accidents. It was a nice, spacious and clean place to stay. Location is close to the beach, close to outlet shopping and restaurants. This house was perfect for our family. Layout was nice and just a short walk to the beach. The listing says driveway fits 4 but we were able to fit 4 compact suv's and 1 car comfortably

The house was decent for the money. Loved the outdoor shower and the deck (ocean views!) but the first floor smelled a bit of mold. None of the windows in the bedroom we stayed in (1st floor master with the nicest bathroom) had screens for the windows so we had to live with it. Only other thing that bothered me was a random guy with ladders showed up during one day. Didn’t come inside, but I was working (so couldn’t attend to it) and alone so it was a bit unnerving. I was given no notice that anyone was arriving to attend to whatever it was he did.

The hot tub was a big hit with the grandchildren since it was too cold to swim or spend too much time at the beach. The kitchen had all the dishes, cooking and baking pans, small appliances, etc that we needed. The stove, fridge, wifi and cable worked well. Linens and nice towels were provided. There are a number of things that are very worn- the two sofas are uncomfortable. The King mattress has a hump in the middle. 3 of the electric outlets sparked when we plugged things in. We could not get the gas grill to ignite. The carpet is quite worn out and dirty. (Pets are permitted, we had our dog.) Walls were dirty in places. Overall it needs a big facelift and scrubbing up.

Location of property was excellent. Property manager communication was excellent. One of our thermostat's broke on Sunday. It was fixed the next day. That was Labor day.

Very nice! I
Very nice and accommodating house. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and utensils needed to cook family meals. Very short walk to the beach and plenty of parking.
