Prefer an ensuite, but given no accommodation available in the area, finding this was a bonus.

As birdwatchers we liked the vicinity to a lagoon near Wairau River. The atmosphere of house and sleep-out is very special and cosy. Lovely garden. We enjoyed the spa on a grey and rainy afternoon. Very nice kitchen, easy to use. Host Annie is very kind. Also meeting other guests in the house was nice and interesting. The setting is very quiet. The place is also very good, when it is cold. Annie started the fireplace in the living room and the sleep-out also had different options for warming! Good place to stay!

I misunderstood that breakfast has to be ordered in advance - thought after arrival for the next day should be early enough. Perhaps just telling in the information exactly how long prior to the date the order is needed, would be helpful.

lots of character, Annie certainly has a knack for decoration clean and comfortable room beautiful garden and decking area to relax on.

Having upgraded from the originally booked caravan, we had a charming room, which we shared with an interesting teddy bear collection:) and adjacent bathroom. Ann was most welcoming, helpful and informative, free wi-fi, tea and coffee facilities were provided and Ann's garden, viewed from a pleasant verandah, is absolutely lovely.

Annie’s home is so lovely if you have a trip away to Marlborough this is an absolutely great place to stay and relax. The home is spacious and very clean and tidy the outdoors areas are immaculate with the spa and entertaining area over summer you couldn’t ask for more.

Host wasn't thier to greet us. No air conditioning in 30 deg it was needed. 2nd bathroom basic. Another couple arrived same time with similar issue

Great stay for a friends party down at the local pub. Room and accommodation was awesome. Everything we needed.

room was not as described, was cold and damp accused of stealing slippers which weren't even in the room requested refund for the 3 days which we paid for but didn't stay due to the condition, still fighting for this

Anne has a lovely home and is very hospitable. It is a home, not a hotel and as I have spent too many nights in hotels it was lovely to be somewhere that felt homely.

It is not possible to walk to dinner, but everything else is wonderful

It was the wood burner in the lounge that did it for me. It was a cold night & the fire was just the ticket. breakfast was exceptional. I was late up but Anne cooked a brilliant breakfast.

The showers are old but functional. Anne knows this.

Annie was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Her home was very clean and tidy and had all of the amenities i needed. The bed was very comfortable and warm and i had a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the near future.

I didn't find anything i didn't like. It met my expectations.

Nothing really!

Ann was lovely and so is Dragonfly B&B. The shared spaces were lovely and it was so relaxing to stay.

A very peaceful place, perfect for a calm and relax getaway. The garden was fabulous and thus helps you sleep soundly at night.
