When we had an issue with the dishwasher, they have a technician out in no time at all. I would highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

This is the third year that my family has rented this house. Although there was a problem with the back lights not working when we first arrived, Beach Reality had someone there to fix within hours. The pool was warm this year which was great. My two five year old grandsone love to spend lots of time in the pool. The house is within a few minutes of the beach which the big kids love. Having a Bedroom with attached bath for everyone is perfect. House had wverything needed to enjoy our vacation.

My wife and I are neat freaks, and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the home not to mention how beautiful it was. This never felt like a Beach vacation home that was being abused week by week. We intended to go to the beach often but we actually found staying in the house and going to the pool was even more enjoyable. We had every single thing we needed.

The back yard is really nicely appointed (pool, plush grass, sitting area with fire table).
The pool is positioned in the late afternoon shadow of the house, perfect for really hot weather.

The house had all we needed. Had a beach cart to haul everything to the beach, which was just a short walk away. When we got home it had plenty of spaces to hang out inside and outside. The backyard was the best one I have seen in outer banks. Well taken care of and the gazebo with fire pit was great to relax in at night.

Fun backyard made our week!
The house was just as described. Clean and very well stocked. View of ocean between houses allowed us to watch dolphins in the morning and here the crashing waves all day. Lots of beach stuff!!!! Chairs, wagons, skim boards, and umbrellas provided. Owners was wonderful when I co tasted about an issue and immediately took care of it! Would stay again 100%!

Great House and Easy walk to Beach Access!
The process to rent was flawless. The house was exactly as described ! All the amenities list were actually there for our use! I can’t say enough good things about the house- met the owners and they answered all our questions and responded quickly Thank you Leanne and Marty for the completely furnished and beautiful home for our family vacation. Beach access was 1 1/2 blocks from the beach- so easy and convient. The pool was great, fire pit and patio area were so relaxing. Don’t hesitate to rent this great house. There are three levels and each had a view of the ocean. It really is as you see in the pictures. The owners have gone above the standards and this is truly a great vacation home.

Our family enjoyed our week tremendously! The owners are wonderful and the house is beautiful. I can't say enough good things! The owners have thought of everything and all of the extras that were provided was a welcome surprise. The beach is a short walk from the house but with the pool and games provided, we were content to spend most of our time in the backyard.

Surpassed every expectation!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house was spotless upon arrival, equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need! With 2 young kids, the backyard area far exceeded any other rental we’ve stayed in. My kids absolutely loved the swings- when they were tired of swimming, they could swing or run around the grassy yard with a ball or toys! Bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept and spacious. I love that every room has a private bathroom. The decks are a great place to watch the sunrise/sunset and the telescope was an awesome addition! Beach access is quick and easy from the house- a huge plus when taking kids and their 2733739952 million things!! You can tell that the owners really thought out what items families traveling would need/want- and it makes a vacation SO much more enjoyable! Leeann and Marty went so far and beyond on communication with us, even on evenings/weekends- they were always reachable for questions. Our family is already talking about when we can come back to this fabulous house! Thanks so much for making a trip with kids less stressful and more FUN!

This beautifully decorated house is fully equipped with everything that's needed including beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys for the beach. There's a beautiful fenced in yard with pool, fire pit, and many other outdoor items! The owners were fantastic and answered any questions I had before our vacation started. our entire vacation was fantastic! the house was well stocked with anything you might need for the beach and linens were a plus. Backyard was great for relaxing and the house provided tons of games and stuff to do during our rainy days. Seeing dolphins from the breakfast table was a bonus! Nice short walk to the beach too! If I had to pick one complaint it is that some of the info on their hospitality app did not match the e-mail and info provided in the home binder.

In the kitchen, this includes big pots, all cooking utensils, serving dishes, cupcake pan, cookie sheets, can opener, dishes, etc. They have lots of games to play indoors and out. They also have a pristine umbrella stroller as well as a high chair. They have a very nice beach wagon, which is helpful because the walk to the beach is about a block. The backyard is very inviting. While we were using the firepit, the propane tank ran out. I texted Leeann and she had a new one to us in under 20 minutes. We also enjoyed the outdoor games. We did not use the pool though, because it is quite cold and the weather wasn't hot enough to make that appealing to us. Finally, the house is very clean. Leann and Marty clean the house and service the pool themselves, and it shows. They take very good care of it. In my opinion, Kitty Hawk is not as picturesque as some other places in the OBX; however, this value of this well-stocked, clean home with very attentive owners more than makes up for that. Plus the beach is very nice and wasn't crowded during our stay, which was the first week in June. Overall, we are very glad that we chose this house and wish we were still there!

Do not hesitate on this house! We had an amazing time. The house has everything you need! From chairs to everything for the kitchen. It was so nice to have the pool serviced midweek and they even cleaned up everything in the yard. Short walk to the beach and close to so many good restaurants! We will definitely be back!!

The first three days were cold and pouring rain, but in the last three, the weather was bright and sunny. The house was absolutely beautiful and had much more than I ever expected. The home was decorated with a beach theme and had everything you would ever need for your vacation. It was nice to have a private pool and a large fenced yard for the children to play. House was spotless and everything was top quality. Service with Rental company and any issues with the house were immediately resolved. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property and hope to return again next year. Ready to be able to see more of the outer banks when there is no rain.

Everybody a beautiful home for vacationing in Kill Devil Hills. The owners were great, the place was very clean and ready for us to enjoy ! Beautiful views of the ocean and beach from all 3 levels, and a well maintained pool and backyard with lounge chairs and anything and everything for a great time outdoors at the house if you weren't heading to the beach. Inside the kitchen was labeled and well stocked with just about anything your chef may desire. With refrigerators on every level there were plenty of places to store your food and drinks too. We had a great family vacation in late August. The house is close to the beach, and several restaurants, activities and shops in the area. We loved the amenities in the house and the views from the decks and upper floor windows. The property has more amenities than are listed on their website. The rental agency was not aware of everything the home had to offer, and it would have saved us some space in the car if the rental agency knew the house had a high chair, pack and play and baby gate.
