This beach house is absolutely perfect!! The house is clean, stocked with all you need, and close to the beach! It was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs! We will definitely look into coming back next summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, rarely do you walk in and marvel that it's actually better than the pics. We had an absolutely perfect vacation. The house is perfect and has everything you need. Our dogs loved the yard. It was nice they had plenty of room to run and the fence is in perfect shape so you dont have to worry about any escape artists. We went to the beach every day (dog friendly). The wagon and chairs were a great help. It's convenient to everything. Try JT's, seafood place up the road. Live music on Fri and Sat nights. We will definitely return! Communication with host was fast and easy also.

Very quite street, easy stroll to beach and wonderfully comfortable house. The fenced in backyard is a bonus since our dogs love to run freely. Nice quiet uncrowned dog friendly beach where we met lots of new furry friends! It was an excellent last week of summer for us!!

Very comfortable home within walking distance to a beautiful private beach. Even has a separate villa to hang out. This home has everything you need at an affordable price. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house! Plenty of room for all of our family and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The owner has thought of everything! Beach is private so you are not shoulder to shoulder with other families. Would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Stay
This cozy cottage was a wonderful stay for our family. Our vaca started with a call from the owner with all the details, it was a nice personal touch. The house had everything you could need including everything for the beach. Located on a little private road with a private, quiet beach. The house is close to so many attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. We hope to come back again.

Heaven in the Hammocks
This adorable beach house could not have been more perfect! Everything you need for a beach vacation is there... towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to take it all the the sand. There is a super quiet private beach that is a ten minute walk down the road, or you can drive to numerous others within 15 minutes (we really liked the Mantazanas inlet beach...really wide beach with shallow waves perfect for our dogs, and we even saw sea turtles!) The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the beds were very comfy for a good sleep after a long day in the sun. We especially loved the outdoor shower for ourselves and our pups; the perfect way to cool down after a trip to the beach. This little piece of heaven, was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do; the owner even took the time to call us before our trip to tell us about the property and the area. I highly recommend!

This property was very clean and fully stocked. We loved the beach decor throughout the house. It was just a short walk to the private beach. It was also a short drive to the local restaurants and shops. We plan on returning in the near future.

This house was perfect for our Christmas vacation! We loved being able to walk to the private beach every morning. The neighborhood was quiet and respectful. The house was beautiful - loved using the outdoor shower! We will definitely come back if we get the chance

Perfect Florida retreat
I had the good fortune of finding this gem and spent 8 days with my mini-golden doodle in the cutest home! Everything is clean, stocked and ready for your time of relaxation. I loved the fenced yard as my dog could just run and play freely. The beach is just steps away and we spent each day there The owner is absolutely amazing and made our stay one that we will never forget. We will be back for sure!

Wish I lived here
I love this place. My wife and I spent a month here, I spent many of the days in the screened in porch when I worked. It is a stones throw away from the beach and we would take our dogs there and let them off the leash to chase the seagulls. The beach was gorgeous and there weren't many people there usually. Its only a 15 minute drive, and its a straight shot to St. Augustine. The house had everything we needed. We liked to do meal prepping, and it had all the food storage containers we needed. Everything is modern, and I love the shower. We would definitely come back

Just What We Needed
The home was perfect for a beach getaway. House was well maintained and comfortable to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. We visited the beach twice a day and relaxed to the sound of the ocean. The beach was virtually a private setting the whole time we were there. It is a little of a distance to get to the beach but there was a place to park right at the end of the street that allowed us to bring all the beach equipment we needed for a 3-4 hour beach experience daily. At night we walked the dogs on the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back next year!

This house is beautifully decorated and very private. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything, we cooked a lot. It is a 40 minute drive to Ormond Beach for any tourist shopping. The host is very easy to communicate with.

The property was fully stocked. The. House was very clean and very welcoming.The private beach isn't to far but if you don't mind driving there are other beaches near by.It is a very special place. We would stay here again.

Everything was perfect regarding our stay. The host contacted us several days before with lots of quality information and answered any questions we had during our stay. Great place to stay near the beach, completely updated, the owner was very available for any questions and had everything we needed. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us, as we haven’t done that on many of our previous vacations. Well worth it to pay a little more for a place to allow them, and save on boarding fees. The owner had great suggestions of things to do in the area would definitely recommend five stars and will definitely stay again.

we arrived to find a super relaxing, very clean beach house that we immediately fell in love with. just a quick bike ride and you are at the beach. totally fenced in yard for dog lovers. quiet neighborhood, quick drive to great restaurants. if you are looking for a laid back vacation this is the place to be.

Perfect Getaway
Property was super clean and cozy. We haven't slept that good in a long time, extremely peaceful. House was well stocked with plenty of spices, trash bags, ziploc bags, etc. so you dont have to go out and buy every little thing. Property owner was great and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Awesome place, would definetly go back.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this little house. Everything was as advertised, and the house was sparkling clean and very recently updated. Absolutely no complaints, and the house even comes with a little gate to visit with the mini horse next door. A short walk to a private beach, almost had the entire beach to ourselves. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

Great Vacation
The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The owner is super friendly and easy to get in touch with if you have questions or need anything. The house was well stocked. She has thought of everything. Close to the beach. Enjoyed the bike rides in the morning. We all loved the miniature horse next door named Bo!! He was a bonus. Highly recommend staying here.

Beach house review
We had a great time. The house was the perfect size for our 4 member family. We were very comfortable there. The beach was beautiful and we even got to see a sea turtle emerge from it's nest and we were able to watch it go all the way out to sea. It was magical.
The house is in a great location with St. Augustine just down the road. There are lots of great restaurants and lots of things to do for all ages.
Bo, the mini horse next door was an added bonus. My kids loved him.
We would definitely rent the house again. Val, the owner was wonderful and available. Highly recommended. Great value for the location and what you get.

Fun, Nice and relaxing
The septic tank was having issues when we were there; sewer gas, toilet water and toilet paper was bubbling out of the ground in back by the screen porch! The screen isn't secured in places so mosquitoes get in but we bought a cintrella candle for the table. A storm happened and the power went off 5 minutes after we arrived and we were unable to use the cable TV or internet. Ants were in the kitchen cabinet by the sink and on the plates; but we sprayed them and it helped. The picture of the "bedroom" with dog picture above the bed led me to believe it was a room located in the house; it is actually a futon located in the detached shed with the bicycles and beach chairs. The walk to the beach is actually pretty far when you are carrying beach bags, chairs, coolers, etc. Nice overall, I would stay there again though!

What an amazing private oasis for Beach lovers & active families!
Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved getting on our bikes to check out the sunrise in the morning and the ride was perfect for our family. Our little groms (5&6) loved the bike rides and they slept well each night! Our older groms (11&13) loved having their own space and wonderful meals in the dining room.
This place had EVERYTHING! Beautiful, clean, organized, bright, open areas inside the home made our vacay calm and chill. The lanai and backyard, covered car port and private road were just blissful. We grilled burgers one and loved the peace and quiet. The bike ride to the beach was perfect for keeping our family active and fit!
