Questa bellissima unità ispirata alla spiaggia può ospitare comodamente 7 persone. Letti king size nel Master e seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli nella terza camera degli ospiti e un comodo divano letto di fascia alta nel soggiorno. Ventilatori a soffitto, tutti gli arredi, teli mare, giochi da spiaggia, biancheria da letto. . . tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno. Questo bellissimo condominio si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Carlsbad State Beach, una delle spiagge più belle del sud della California! Entrando in questo spazioso condominio con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, saprai di aver trovato il luogo perfetto per una meravigliosa vacanza sulla spiaggia. Questa unità vanta una vista sull'oceano a 180 gradi dal ponte anteriore con vista sull'oceano da quasi ogni stanza. Una lavanderia all'interno dell'unità ha lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per la vostra convenienza. L'intrattenimento include una TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno, un lettore DVD e Internet wireless. TV via cavo non fornita. Pros: Overall great location,right across a perfect swimmable beach , short walk to town, restaurants , cute shops and grocery stores.
Unit has a good layout, very spacious and large , good kitchen well stacked, lots of bath and beach towels, easy operational washer and dryer, Balcony is overlooking the ocean , comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy . There is a bin with beach chairs, umbrella , beach toys and buggy board.Parking is great for one big SUV or a single large vehicle , or two small cars . We never used the dishwasher or BBQ's that are on the balcony,
Cons: the condo had a very musty smell - most likely from the carpets that get cleaned and they stay wet , we had to leave the windows and patio door open for fresh air throughout the whole duration of our stay and used fans in the bedrooms to get better air circulation. with the windows and patio door open it was very noisy .
The master bedroom was the worst when it came to air quality. Master bathroom also needs a little TLC and update its shower head for better water flow , we didn't go near the bathtub since also could use a replacement... This is a beautiful condo that could use a basic renovation that would bring out the best features but its is a rental ... we made the best of it.
Unfortunately due to allergies in our family we won't be able to return unless there is a flooring upgrade from carpets to laminate , hardwood or tile flooring that could be maintained well free of stains and alergents.

The property was just as it was portrayed on line, directly across from the beach with wonderful view and plenty of space for everyone.
We all had more than enough room in our bedrooms, very comfortable beds and large closets. Parking was a breeze with underground spaces, and an elevator to get there while transporting baggage.
The location is an easy walk to the village and restaurants. We were super happy with the total experience and hope to return in the future. Great job!!

When we arrived, the windows were all closed and as we entered the main master bedroom, it smelled musty. We opened a few windows (the one's we could open) and could not get rid of the smell. The windows were marked as to which one's could open/not open. Very odd. Some of the window coverings were broken and you couldn't open or close them. Both bathtubs needed a little bit of cleaning when we arrived. The parking spots available are for small/compact cars, which should be stated in description. Sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all, so we did not use it. We were not told that construction was going on next door. Was very noisy during the week we were there. Felt a little stressed to put things back to their rightful place.
Never have we ever stayed somewhere where the owner seemed to "check up" on the renters. Did not feel comfortable about this. We have paid less for places near this rental and those places stocked the bathrooms with kleenex, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. This place did not provide those items - only toilet paper and hand soap. We have never been asked to pay for insurance on a place, but had to with this one.
It is in a nice area of Carlsbad, close to the beach and the mattress in the master bedroom was very nice. It has a nice set up, and could be a nice place to stay for most people. But, due to feeling "watched" and the musty smell, we will not rent this place in the future. Just a little disappointed.

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained and perfect for what you need. We stayed here for 5 days with two small kids. It is a home, not a hotel - other reviewers were far too harsh in their assessment in my opinion. The location and views are spectacular, it's exactly why we chose to stay in this location. We used to live nearby and miss our sunsets from our own porch - this was just like being at home. Very comfy and accommodating. Definitely 100% recommend and we'd love to return on our next visit!

We booked this condo for an 11-day stay.
Pluses:
+ Cheryl was very communicative when I had cleaning concerns and when the elevator was out of service.
+ The location is great
+ Condo is roomy
+ The elevator is convenient
Areas that need improvement
-- Every single room needs a deep cleaning, painting, repairs, and attention.
--Bathrooms with walls with spills, dirty corners, etc
--The patio is chocked full with extra chairs, 2 grills and little room to move about.
--Toilet runs after every flush until you lift the tank lid and realign the flapper
--Tight parking for two normal cars, let alone SUVs
After check-in, I contacted Cheryl regarding the kitchen's having spills and "gunk" all over the cabinets, and the 2nd toilet running continuously. I also sent pictures of the additional dirty areas. She did have the cleaner return, but only the surfaces in the kitchen. Please fix the toilet - there is so much water being wasted.
It seemed like a lot of money for a 3-star property.

Great property and excellent location! Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the condo was compared to how it looked in the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked. The property manager did a great job communicating with us and checking in to make sure all was going well. We highly recommend this condo.

Close to beach- great porch sunsets! Easy access for walk to beach- ample supply of beach items. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Close to excellent dining. Super location to zip up and down the coast to visit other sites! Can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed out stay. The location is nearly on the beach which makes it easy to walk down with your beach gear every day. It is also a short walk to the Village which has lots of shops and restaurants. We would book this place again.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property because we love it so much. This year we took my parents and mother-in-law and they enjoyed it very much. Sitting on the patio, staring at the ocean was all they wanted.
This unit is very clean and so close to all the restaurants, shops and just across the street. Cheryl is very responsive if you message her.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

This property had a postcard view of the ocean and sunsets, and the location was convenient to shopping and dining. The underground parking was great.
However, the pictures of the interior on the website did NOT accurately represent what we actually found. The 2 comfortable looking blue recliners have been replaced by 2 hard, armless side chairs, more suitable to an office waiting area than to movie viewing and lounging. The 3rd reclining chair shown, did not have the footstool needed for reclining. On the patio, a second bar-b-q grill (not pictured) not only cramped the available space, but blocked access to the master suite doors. The bed in the master suite was at such a sideways slant the one person seemed to be on a different level than the other.
The photos online should be updated to reflect the reality of the property. The location and view did not really compensate for the less-than comfortable interior.

Huge place. Small things like no wine bottle opener, not enough toiletpaper. Sometimes noise from street below was a little bit much. You really are right across the beach and can hear the waves. The beach and walkways were sooooo clean. All of Carlsbad is very clean.

Great location very nice place, it was just a bit disappointing that many windows are missing screens and the windows were super dirty. Not a big deal but it would have been nice if at least the door going out on the deck was somewhat clean.

Location was comfortable, easy to access and excellent proximity to beach and Carlsbad Village. The unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy this California destination. We most enjoyed having breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach…great view with some great people/dog/surfer watching. The 4 lane road that rests between the unit and the beach is busy with cars during the day but is extremely pedestrian friendly. Traffic volume does reduce in the late night hours but loud engines from the occasional car can be disruptive to a light sleeper, especially if the windows are open. Property manager was helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Unit helped this family of midwesterners enjoy our 1st trip to CA.

This property fit our family of 7 nicely. The kids loved that you could walk across the street to the ocean. Had lots of fun out running the waves. Very close to Legoland which was nice since we attended 2 days of our vacation.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Room for everyone and easy access to the beach. Good memories made here. Only drawback is the construction next door and lack of AC.

Nightmare
Seven of us spent the first night on the first floor of nice 3 story condo. Woke up Saturday to a leaking hot water tank from above. Took pictures and sent them to the lady I booked with. Have to re-locate. Thankfully it was just upstairs to the 2nd floor. Leaving on Friday, but can only stay till Thursday. The owner, who never reached out, booked 3 rooms at Hilton in Carlsbad. We had to be out by 10am and thankfully the rooms were ready. Only short wait. I had to pay for rooms on my credit card. Expected not only reimbursement for rooms but quite a refund for having to relocate twice! With four recent grads! Still have not received a penny. He would not even pay a $10 room charge for two waters. I didn’t have my wallet on me. It has been 12 days since we got home

Wonderful property and location!
The home was spacious and clean. Beach view. Everything we needed was provided. Secure parking and elevator was convenient. Literally steps from beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Will return!

Convenient with a great view
We enjoyed our stay very much! It was so great to just walk to the beach at a moments notice and have the ocean view. We grilled at the condo and also just walked into town. I appreciated the proactive communication from the property manager as well. Thanks!!

It is a super location. A short walk to the Carlsbad village. The beach is across the street. A grocery store is a ten minute walk away. Golf courses galore. Great restaurants like Del Lusso Pizzerias are a ten minute drive away. Costco is 3.5 miles away.

Property was clean and spacious. It was a great location and very close to the beach. The only thing which is out of everyone's control is the noise from the cars. The cars drown out the ocean so you can't hear the waves. Very busy area, for those that are not used to traffic and people. Even though it was busy there was not any rude or inappropriate behavior from the passersby. This is really a great location and walking distance to everywhere. Could use some updated furniture in the living room. Ended up sitting on the floor because it was more comfortable than the furniture. Beds were extremely comfortable though. Master bedroom was awesome.

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean, well appointed and is in a wonderful location. It has incredible sunset views and is easily walkable into Carlsbad village. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Pleasant stay
Overall good experience. Check in was easy. No issues upon arrival. Communication was good with property manager and house contained everything you could need (kitchen, beach needs, housewares). View from front deck was perfect, with a beautiful sunset nightly.
Walk into town and local restaurants was convenient. Secure on sight parking was a plus. Information provided in previous reviews was helpful. Some of it, to all of it was accurate in both the good and bad reviews. House, location, and price was perfect for what we needed. Would we stay again? Yes.

This was a beautiful condo that came with a well stocked kitchen. It was clean and well maintained. Cheryl was prompt with answering any question I had. The location was perfect for enjoying the ocean, convenient for Legoland which was one of our adventures and also for strolling into Carlsbad and checking out the shops. Will not hesitate going back.

Perfect
The property is perfectly placed with gorgeous views of the ocean across the street from the balcony. It is within a one mile walking distance from incredible restaurants, and even a Starbucks! The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem at all with awesome cross breezes and cool evenings. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly. The property manager checked in and was available for anything although we didn’t need anything. There are ocean toys available like boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs whic we used and really appreciated. The directions were perfect. There is a garage for parking your car and even an elevator to get your things upstairs easily! The elevator basically opens up right next to the door for easy access. We had no problem with noise. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The house is mediocre at best...
The house is mediocre at best... Definitely not worth the price. You're paying for the location. Dirty dishes, clogged kitchen sink, long black hair in bathroom, inadequate furnishings, (the owner could definitely put some money into updating the patio furniture). If you want to be across the street from the beach, go for it. But I definitely won't make this mistake again.

Well done vacation home
The home was very nice and clean. The deck and grill are amazing. The road out front can be noisy so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Easy check in and the PM does a great job.
