Nothing to like. Worst experience of our life. We will never stay at Motel 6.

We arrived after 6 hours of driving. Upon arriving we were informed that they are canceling my reservation since the water main broke. The receptionist had the nerve to tell us that there will be no "penalty" for canceling and said sorry - go somewhere else. At 11:00 PM we were expected to find another hotel on a Friday night. Atleast, as a courtesy Motel 6 could have made arrangements at another hotel and not just dumped us or called us ahead of time to inform us. We ended up paying double the amount after driving around Corpus Christi for one hour. Al I can say is that Motel 6 should offer us a free room or at discounted rate at a later date.

No microwave, no refrigerator 😕

Everything about it was good for the price love the Location it is by everything you need and 15 minutes from the beach

They don’t have many carts for big family to put all your stuff on

We liked the location, there were a lot of stores and restaurants around, halfway to downtown and to the island. We mainly chose this hotel for the price and the ability to bring our two dogs for free, no size restrictions. Bed was pretty comfortable, bathroom was great.

I read a few reviews and they all were true. The room was on the smaller side, it was extremely humid due to AC leakage, it was better when you turn the AC colder, however then there is the thin blanket issue and when you turn the temperature up it gets even more humid. It was that bad to the point our clothes in our suitcases were a bit damp. Could had warmer and bigger blanket and definitely more than one pillow for each person, the pillows were very flat. Also the sheets could be cleaner, one of my pillow cases had a shoe footprint. More storage would be useful. also the third floor had a disgusting odor, extreme strong, luckily it didn’t leak to the rooms. that would be a nightmare.
