Benvenuti a Golden Oak! Questo adorabile cottage può ospitare fino a 4 persone ed è anche pet friendly. C'è molto spazio accanto al cottage per parcheggiare la vostra barca / rimorchio e veicoli. Everything was good process wise. There was a lot of noise from adjacent highway. You need an engineering degree to put way the sofabed. Added cleanliness needs be given to the sofabed. Keurig did not work.

We just needed alittle get away, didn't want to have add expenses of boarding our dogs. We really wanted to take them to the beach.. it was perfect. Next time we will need to little bit more prepared for a day at the beach with dogs.. The tiny house was perfect, we brought a crate abd all blankets and sheets to put on the furniture abd the bed so our babies felt like they were at home.It was a great little getaway.

It worked out great for my 3 kids and myself for a short fishing trip for Father’s Day weekend. Plenty room for me to park my truck and boat.

Golden oaks
The cottage itself was good. No linens of any kind in the kitchen, just one sponge and paper towels.
No soap for shower. I thought the cleaning people left a rag on counter but it was the only, dingy, frayed hand towel.
The window sills were very dirty when the blinds were open. No end tables or coffee tables left nowhere to place a glass!

Great Beach Get-Away in Rockport
My wife and I had an excellent labor day weekend staying at the Golden Oak. The home was clean and well maintained. The home was set to a cozy temperature and grounds were well maintained. The location is close in proximity to Rockport Beach and Port Aransas. We will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect tiny house.
This little house has everything you need for a short get away. I fished during the day and it was nice to come back to a comfy clean place to rest.

Unique experience. Big enough for my Husband and I, our two daughters and two med-size dogs. Had dishes available for use. Came with a set of towels for 4. If you plan on going to the island allow for up to an hour wait to ride the ferry to and from. That's the only draw back of this location is the ferry wait time. The only other thing I could say is that the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable the girls could feel the bar in the bed. Overall the tiny home was a great find for the price, capacity and fact it allowed pets.

We have stayed here twice and it was just what we needed each time. It’s very clean. The bed is super comfortable and the location is in between Rockport and Port A. Cute little yellow cottage
Despite this cottage sitting right next to a busy highway, it was very quiet inside. It was perfect for the two of us, and we were lacking in nothing. Our only suggestion is that the person cleaning pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Perfect little getaway!
This was one of the best spots we could have asked for! Perfect little home, near a great wildlife refuge spot and the water! The property manager was great and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely stay again!

Adorable Cottage
A great and adorable cottage. This location was great and cottage is very clean great size for just me and my husband. The bed was very comfortable and parking awesome to park our boat. We will definitely come back to stay.

I liked that it was a cute little tiny house, brand new, and fairly comfortable. The location was close to our boat storage.
However there are five or six of these tiny houses on the property, so there isn’t much privacy. The WiFi was horrible and took us moving around the property to get decent WiFi. Also, it is immediately next to a main road, so traffic is rather loud inside the tiny house.

Perfect place
We took the ferry over to the National Park on the beach. We drove 8 miles down and there was no one within a mile. Fun ferry ride back to a cool relaxing cottage. Loved it 💜�

Short visit to Aransas Pass
My wife and I were very pleased with the tiny home. It was clean and surprisingly open. There was a small issue with internet connectivity, but the property manager made a My-Fi available to us, and connectivity improved. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

It's a nice little "tiny house" as we called it. Just perfect for a place to sleep and get ready to go fishing. It's in a piece of property with other cottages. It was good value for the price, for sure.

Loved this place! In fact, we started telling family and friends that we need to plan another trip where we book the entire facility. Very clean and well-maintained inside. The location isn't necessarily close to anything, so if you're looking for a true beach getaway, you might want to look for different accommodations. Oh! And little tree frogs love to hang out and cover the entire home at night :)

The cottage was very nice & clean. Plenty of room. However, location is off a main road with lots of loud traffic & area is still damaged from hurricane. Also wish there was a pool. Thanks.

Perfect little cottage
Spent one night here before heading over to port a for the rest of our trip. The cottages are awesome. They are right off the highway. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Perfect for couples or small families. Would definitely stay again!
