Pool was not clean when we arrived or cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was not cleaned from our terrace.

Lovely spacious room, new hotel. Very clean.

The pool wasn’t heated so could hardly get in it even in June. The location was about 25 minutes walk to Little Venice so I might pick a location closer to the hustle bustle next time.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have a private pool with ample space to lounge outside. Close to the sea so most rooms have a good view. The hotel is run by a family, who are very welcoming and warm. It close to town but you need a car. We got a good rate on booking.com. Fabulous breakfast. Even though they don’t have an in-house cafe, they allowed us to order lunch in from a place they recommended. The food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and on time! Delivered to our room! Views are amazing! Decor is beautiful! Good size room.

The neighbors noise downstairs. Smell of weed coming from neighbors. Bathroom floors were a little dirty.

• Extremely friendly staff. • We took the seduction villa and it was super clean, so bright and so comfortable. It has two rooms, two bathrooms one with a hot tub, a sitting room and a kitchenette. • Private pool with kind of a sea view with sun beds and bean bags. • The breakfast was so good.

• Pool water was a bit cold. • The location is not so easy to walk to but you can always take a ride to reach it it’s not far at all.

Location is nice, facilities are good, clean, nice terrace and staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice served on our terrace :)

There was no hot water in multiple times of the day. A bit too pricey but this is the whole island.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the sisters who own it were incredible!!! They were always so helpful and friendly. We got engaged a few days prior and they surprised us with Rose pedals on our bed and a bottle of bubbles which we loved and enjoyed on our terrace looking at the sunset. The hotel is very well located, however you definitely need a quad or a car to get around. I would not recommend a scooter because of the driveway to this hotel. Overall it was a stunning hotel and should we come back to Mykonos we would definitely stay here again.

The staff were lovely and breakfast was nice

Location was a lot further away from town then we thought and was quite up hill so Is definitely a fair walk I’d say it could easily take 30min-1hr to walk into town due to the hills in the road. I was underwhelmed by our room as in photos it looked much larger and the view from our rooms was majority sola panels. It’s extremely hard to get to and from town I wish they had a transfer you could use all the time instead of them having to call a taxi or transport

The property looked stunning in the photos online, unfortunately photos can be very deceiving! Don’t book this hotel unless you like to sleep on rock hard beds, have broken showers in your room, a drip from the pool above dripping in your own doorway causing a slip hazard and a freezing cold pool that doesn’t see the sun until 3pm by which time the pool cannot warm up, also the photos make the villa look private, it is not, there is a big walkway going behind the villa and the other villas look over your villa, nothing like we were expecting from the photos. I have to say the nice lady that checked us in on the first night was very helpful and welcoming and showed us a map of the island and recommended places to visit and eat and things to do, she was a lovely lady and we appreciated that welcome and the recommendations, unfortunately the villa itself is not worth the high price you pay to stay!

No privacy in garden/ pool area Security Guard watching over you all night Very far away from any shops to buy supplies for your apartment Breakfast limited choice and missing cups of tea Private pool that’s not private anyone can walk past and look in and is completely shaded all day!! Don’t waste your money this is not worth €3000 a week, I wouldn’t pay €300 to stay here for a week!

The property was situated close to the port and city. A good spot in between. The views of the sea and sunsets were amazing. The staff was tremendous from our arrival throughout our 4 night stay.

We loved everything about this property!! The rooms were spacious, modern with amazing views - very luxurious. The private pool was the best!!! The villa was fully equipped with everything you may need e.g kitchen and cutlery, washing machine, bathrobes, slippers, iron, lots of towels… included everything. So good!!! The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. They really made our trip unforgettable and enjoyable. Thank you to all at Arcs Boutique Villa hotel, we hope to see you again soon. :) I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, 5 minutes ride from the port and town. The staff was so friendly, they assisted on ordering food for us on our arrival and arranged private transport for us when need. WE GOT A FREE ROOM UPGRADE and were able to watch the sunset from the comfort of our infinity pool ☀️ I 100% recommend

A bit far from town: 30 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car. But private transfer costs between 15-30€.

it’s a beautiful hotel nicely decorated

Not close to town it’s not walking distance to town , you need a car and very steep Hills . The pool has very slippery tiles the overflow of the pool needs a glass in front of it as it’s not child friendly .
