The noise in the room the air vent was extremely noisy

Great location, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. No bugs, not even a roach. Our room had a view of the lake and it was just a wonderful stay. The shower was really nice. The breakfast was delicious and hot, which you just don't see a lot anymore.

The hotel was a little pricey but I guess for what you get it works.

Room set up was not the best. Huge Room but just a bed and small table, used up 1 third off Room nosofa or chairs. Bathroom also wired, toilet paper was about 3 to 4 feet away from toilet. Shower turning knob was on far side off Shower so you get hit with cold water when you're turning it on. Worst part was they only service the room on your 5th day. We had2 bath towels when we checked in. Asked for additional towels when we returned in the evening for the next morning and was told they didn't have any. I am sure the guy at the desk just didn't want to deal with it. He said check back in the morning to see if they had any. Last time staying there.

Loved the view of the lake, clean and had a great breakfast. Room was clean and enough room for 2. Loved the shampoo and other products.

When we arrived at 11:58pm there was no one at the desk and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to greet us for checking in.
