Breakfast really wasn’t a breakfast but rather a cup of yogurt with granola, a muffin and a quarter cups of coffee in a small shopping bad delivered to the room.
There internet was horrible.

My view was great of the lake
When I had the complimentary breakfast, they asked how many people I told him with myself and my two kids and when I received the breakfast they did not have my kids food when I called immediately to the front desk and told them they told me it would be right up and 45 minutes later, I did not receive anything but the guy assured me that the next days breakfast would be right and they apologize for the misunderstanding. And the next day’s breakfast was correct. They did make sure that my kids had their breakfast.

Staff from the front desk to cleaning staff were very accommodating. Very professional too’ Alyra was great in proving us with great golf and service. Food in the restaurant and staff great too. The gardens are beautiful🌺
More variety in the breakfasts would be great especially since we were there for an extended time, would love a little heat in the pool too. Sound of traffic from 27 was noisy but can’t change that would like to have walking paths too

Very nice and comfortable room, awesome outdoor area at the pool with a fantastic view over the lake. very nice team.

The hotel is a lovely and charming retreat that was comfortable and clean with a gorgeous view of the lake by the pool. If you are in the area and need a place to stay. This is a good choice. The restaurant located downstairs is the best restaurant in town with delicious food and presentation that exceeded our expectations.

It was Quant and nicely maintained.
Old school key doors and no safe. For security keys cards make me feel way secure. Also my particular room the outside window was very dirty which made the view hard to see. Heat the pool 🙂

Seems like an older building but decorated nicely. Staff was friendly
2 choices for breakfast but they need to work on this. Expect to eat out for breakfast if you stay there.

My pack and play suppose to be set up in room on arrival, that was forgotten. The most dissapointed thing for me was receptionist never told us that we need to come every morning to fill paper for our breakfast so we didnt have breakfast for 2 days! Reminding breakfast is included in overall peice!
When was time to checkout , we brought this to attention and he said he will talk to the manager. Never received any answer. Very sad. Great location but not service.
