2024 NEW Remodel Modern Style Condo! Amazing view! 2 pools & beach area!!
Ogni camera nel nostro condominio è stata recentemente ristrutturata! Ha interni immacolati, tocco moderno, ottima posizione con una vista fantastica che migliorerà il vostro soggiorno di vacanza !!!! Bellissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, completamente attrezzati con tutti gli utensili da cucina e gli elettrodomestici, grill a gas sul ponte, lavatrice e asciugatrice, tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola fornite.
Questo condominio è perfetto per tutti! La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, cavo, ventilatore a soffitto con una porta che conduce sul ponte. Inoltre, il bagno padronale adiacente ha un doppio lavabo con molto spazio a specchio! La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno entrambe letti queen size e si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze del secondo bagno. TV a schermo piatto con cavo in soggiorno e camera da letto principale ha WIFI veloce !!
Il complesso Ledges si trova al 20 ° 5 miglio e ha una splendida vista sia sul canale principale che sulla baia! Ci sono due piscine tra cui scegliere, una situata sul punto che guarda il canale principale, una piccola spiaggia per nuotare e un'area di pallavolo, così come un molo per nuotare nel lago… .I bambini e gli adulti adorano questa zona !!
I condomini Ledges sono un'area molto popolare in quanto si trovano a pochi minuti da tutto: golf al campo da golf sicomoro, shopping (centro commerciale outlet 110), carrelli, ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e l'ospedale !! The Ledges è appena fuori da Hwy 54 con facile accesso a tante cose divertenti! Tan-Tar-A è a meno di 3 miglia di distanza e il centro commerciale outlet è MOLTO vicino!

We come to Osage Beach every year and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is completely renovated. Master bedroom is big with a lot of closet and dresser space. Kitchen was well equipped also. The view off the deck is so beautiful morning and night. The boat slip was right in front of the condo also. Owner was quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property over Labor Day Weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for my family (wife, two daughters) and it’s well equipped with the basics. The condo was clean and in a terrific location.

Was great but said it slept 8 we had 7 people and I had to sleep on couch , it had 3 beds 2 full and 1 king so I figure you need to say sleeps 6 but it was a nice stay very clean and new amenities. Very nice.

This condo was everything we could of ever asked for at the lake. Great view, great location, great communication with owner. My family and i felt right at home. Nice comfy beds too!!! Will be back

Truly amazing!!
Can’t say enough good things about the property, and owners. We had a small hiccup with the fridge and in less than 24 we had a new one! Property is beautiful and owners truly go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Family vacation
The place was clean and had plenty of cooking supplies and towels. The deck spacious. However, the trash drop is on the third level, so you have to walk or drive it there. I thought the deck was screened in from the pictures online. It wasn’t. We were also harassed by the first floor neighbor and security about a water gun being dropped by a 2 year old guest and having a candle on the deck. The owner was really nice, but security is a nuisance. I ended up paying a fine for having the candle on the deck. I like the house. I didn’t like the hassle of outsiders.

This condo was very clean and in a wonderful location at Lake of the Ozarks. We had everything we needed to cook, and do the day to day things. It was beautiful and just felt like home. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay again. Brandi is a great host and was so helpful.

Rough start
We arrived at 5:30, check in was 4:00. The property had not been cleaned yet. I contacted Brandi and she was on it right away. There was a miscommunication, and the cleaning crew came back within 30 minutes. They also gave us some money towards dinner. They were very apologetic and did a very good job cleaning the condo! That was really the only thing that was wrong, and was taken care of immediately! The beds were very comfortable, and hala in all it was a good time!
