Right next to Asda

Noisy & uncomfortable

It was close to all amenities.

There seemed to be people hanging around the entrance of an evening, they didn’t say anything to us but it could be a bit uncomfortable for some people. We were fine with it but if you were on your own it may not be the same.

Location

No breakfast, bar and restaurant are separate enterprises. Problem with bathroom which was resolved

its a hotel for homeless and drug addicts according to the security guard on duty

have someone on duty that can hook up the TV and the internet,,( NOT the Bartender ),,

The property was advertised as bed and breakfast on Booking.com's website. Breakfast was NOT included nor available within the hotel. Compensation from Booking.com is sought due to the extra expense and inconvenience

Brilliant staff

Could do with the Wi-Fi code in bedroom.

Location was ok and the room was clean

Very noisy residents, kept awake on the second night until about 4 in the morning. No hot water in the morning for a shower. Very very expensive for very very basic accommodation. I appreciate they are taking some long term residents to support their community, but that should be reflected in the cost, charge a premium rate and travellers will expect premium accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone & I definitely wouldn’t stay again, sorry
