Cockroaches in the room, the ac is not working/dripped the water from the ac to the socket, the room was dirty

Only location is ok..rest all not good

No good service, they don't answer to your calls,water leaking from bathroom, kitchen stove top doesn't work- when it was swithched on electricity shut down for all room..no body came to fix it...so no AC- no refrigerator...it was hell. They dont care about customer's satisfaction.

The location was the only legit to that accommodation.

When we arrived we couldn't find the reception easily, because they were not any signs at the entrance. Also, the room was smelling very bad like someone was smoking inside. The worst part was the night when we came back to the room and we couldn't sleep because someone was knocking on our door and making noises all night. There was nobody to stop them. It was literally one of the worst experience we ever had.

1) it is easy to hear the gossip of the neighbors, thanks for walls. play spy. 2) if you feel sick, just go to the toilet. comfortable. 3) if you forgot to buy something to eat for breakfast, I saw a couple of small animals inside (beetles or cockroaches (I'm not an expert in this topic). So, feel good. 4) there is a beautiful church 20 meters away, and you can have fun at 7.00 in the morning (or even earlier) and listen to ceremony right from your bed, because there are excellent speakers installed outside in the church. smart 5) smart balcony lockers provide you feeling of stability. safe.

Absolutely awful stay issues included: water leaking through a fire alarm on the ceiling Church on a mega phone from early hours. lack of check in and check out facility's. some random customer entered my room with a key? had to hide all my belongings in the car as worried I'll be robbed this needs seriously needs reviewing

no equipment in the apartment like toilet paper or shower gel

The location was amazing and irritating at the same time. Brilliant because it was so close to the main roads, clubs and beach. They also had English plug sockets so that was great.

Annoyingly our apartment was opposite a church that rang their bells and had mass over a speaker system so it was extremely loud at ridiculously early hours of the morning.

Very good location, close to many shops, main road, town even booked on last minute, there was a guy coming very soon. shampoo and shower gel provided it has a pool

there is almost no kitchen equipment. the building is old and you can see it. there were a door in our room hidden behind the wardrobe you can hear everything from the other rooms

Good value for money, you get what you pay for. Staff were nice, room was spacious and clean.
