Nice apartments for relevant sum. In room is condicioner, we add one more for additional money. The rooms are clean, towels are changed and room are cleaned every few days. Very good location - nearby is the main street with shops and cafes - for everyone's taste and budget. Ayia Napa's main party street is also 6 minutes away. A lot of clubs, in the evenings with a lot of people! The apartments are in a very good location - right between the main street and the party street, so it's not noisy, but it's not far either. Beach is 10 min of walk. The beach zone is big - sometimes rocks, sometimes sand. The beach zone is big It is possible to rent umbrella and 2 beds for 7.50 EUR. Many attractions on the water. Lots of car rentals, scooters and quad bikes. Quad bikes from 45/50 EUR per 24h. I recomandate stay in Margarita Napa Apartments!

Could have had more kitchen utensils! There was also no dishwashing liquid, spices!

The apartment was located the best spot of Ayia Napa,The main road with all the shops were next to us.We were also lucky and we got a sea-view window so every morning i could drink my coffee with a nice view.The stuff was incredibly helpful and kind.We could turn to them anytime with anything.I would be happy to go back again for our next visit.We were really satisfied during our stay.

The advantage and the disadvantage was also that the apartment was located next to the main road, so it was pretty noisy and many people passed under our window during the night.This is something that you have to accept if you stay in the centre.One more thing could be useful if the rooms could have clothes-horse to dry our wet towels after the beach and shower.

The location is great.

Unfortunately not all the rooms are like the pictures. You can tell it's an old building and even though it's clean our room had a constant bad smell that we could not get rid off. Also we had to pay extra for AC and we stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned while we were there.

English plugs

the toilet was leaking everywhere and staff didn’t do anything until 3 days later even after telling them one the first night, we asked to speak with a manager and the manager said he didn’t want to know. the shower kept falling down so had to hold it whilst showering. the window was broken so couldn’t completely close it so the aircon wasn’t working as well which we had to pay for.
