Es war sauber und wir durften unser Gepäck unproblematisch früher dort abstellen.

Alles sehr unpersönlich und klein. Die Abläufe sind durchgestylt, aber nicht unbedingt sofort logisch. Sehr kleines Bett, Klotür ging nicht richtig zu, Kontakt zu der Vermietung anstrengend, versprochene Nachrichten wurden nicht geschickt Ausnahme: Andres, der hat sich sehr bemüht und geholfen.

Las cerraduras de las puertas de la habitación, hacen ruido cuando se habre la puerta para salir a la calle y parece que están intentando habrír la puerta de la habitación.

Endless issues with access to codes on a daily basis

Proceso fácil de entrada al no tener recepción. El check-in es electrónico y muy rápido. Habitación cómoda y limpia.

El mando se quedó sin pilas, pero el staff lo solucionó muy rápido y nos trajeron nuevas.

Limpieza del piso muy correcta y estancia agradable.

The suite was really clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Great location close to the subway.

Upon arriving at the mini hotel late in the evening the code which was given to us to open the door did not work. I called their support, Jesus who was very helpful but after an hour of waiting we were told we could stay at a propety near by cause they were unable to unlock the room. We were told we'd be contacted in the morning about gaining access into our originally booked room. I was working from the temporary accomodation and without any warning or knock a cleaning lady entered the room [this is not ok]. I dont know who got a bigger fright but she did not speak english but called the receptionist from Olala mini hotel who in turn messaged me. They said they tried calling me which is not true as I had my phone on me. I was told i need to leave the room because other people would be checking in. I told them I'm working and need confirmation that I would have access to my original room. They confirmed saying the problem was resolved. When went to the mini hotel someone was still trying to fix the door, so no I could not work from my room but from the corridor while they were trying to fix the problem. 30-45mins later (while I was still in my meeting) they said they can't fix the keypad but would give us a physical key instead. I eventually was able to enter my room and work from there. I was given an apology basket containing wine and chocolate which is a nice gesture but not enough when it interfers with work. The next day during my hour long lunch break I deceided to walk around the neighbourhood. When I wanted to enter the hotel from the main entrance the code they provided me with did not work, luckily there was a cleaning staff who about after 5mins opened the door for me and advised me contact their whatsapp number for a new code. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean but this was just too much additional stress for a work vacation.
