Clean comfortable place to sleep. Clean shared bathroom. Superb food in dining room. Great for an overnight stop on a long interstate drive for a single person.

Wish they'd had some sort of breakfast available. Never mind, quicker without. At least there was coffee.

Location was good.

There was no refrigerator or kettle/tea making facilities in room. Only shared bathroom facilities. At $105 for just a bed, basin and television it was very expensive.

Central location, friendly staff, comfortable room, bathroom had very generously sized showers!

The only thing I noted is there was no toilet paper in the men's bathroom when I arrived, however that was easily sorted, otherwise the bathroom facilities were clean and roomy!

Good location, comfortable bed, sheets and room was quite clean.

Shared bathroom was filthy - has not been cleaned properly in a long time. I almost did not shower!!!

Great one stop shop for food and accomodation when travelling.

Loved everything about the place, location, room size, bed, staff were phenomenal. Bathroom facilities were amazing...

Just putting it down to short staffing probably, but the bathroom facilities were cobweb, spider, bug ridden... otherwise beautiful facilities. I am terrified of spiders so it was my only negative.. but I bet it's not the hotels fault, just short staffing

Bistro and location

Service was bad. There was no explanation regarding check-out, no wifi unless it’s paid, room was quite humid.

It's a convenient stay with the pub and bistro downstairs.

The room was very basic, no pics, no TV, no kettle, nothing. The windows don't open so with 3 in a room, it's pretty steamy after a while, Tha air circulation unit didn't really help. The common area was under construction. The downstairs kettle was ok but sadly had no water close by. The reception was closed in the morning. Not a big issue if the front door wouldn't have been locked. Overall pretty rough night. Don't need to have that again.

Mould in room. Everything was outdated.

The single room was fine, very small as expected but had a sink which was nice. The air conditioning worked well.

The check-in experience wasn't great. the hotel took their phone off the hook for 4 plus hours so I couldn't confirm accommodation and dinner arrangements for an 830pm/ 9pm check-in. When I arrived I was told they stopped taking dinner orders from early afternoon so I was told to go to a service station for food. The shared bathroom didn't have any soap, and the common amenities room was out of access so no tea / coffee etc upstairs.

Clean rooms.

The showers need to be cleaned. Spiders and dead insects all over the bathroom.

Great location for the trip to Melbourne, cheap price for holiday season. Clean and friendly staff.
