it was absolutely perfect for us. to have a bedroom with 3 beds in for our children. is not easy to find. the location was also absolutely brilliant with so much nearby and a short walk to the beach. everything was easy as soon as I made the booking clear instructions from our host Mary and everything went smoothly!

the property was unclean and there was mouldy milk in the fridge showing it hadn’t been cleaned. it was dusty, there were numerous cracks in walls/ceilings and the shower and bath facilities were not up to standard

Good location not far from the beach and seafront and town centre, and decent local shops as well. Lucky to get a parking space outside of the apartment on arrival and leaving which made it easier with luggage etc.

Customers need to factor in parking costs, we had to pay nearly £60 pounds for less than 48 hours in the Regency Square car park which was recommended to us as the closest main car park.

Good location, communication and local information.

Where do we start? Apartment was old, tatty and tired looking. Communal area smelled of cigarette smoke. Toilet was not clean on arrival. Fan was covered in dust. Facilities were not to a decent standard. Loud noise from the park kept us awake at night. Check-in and key pick up inconvenient.

The property has a good size, it fit all of us 4 very comfortably It has TV cable (BT) and also Netflix, which was a bonus specially in rainy days

The total lack of response from the owner. A few days close to our check-in date, I got a few emails with instructions and I replied with some questions but some emails bounced and the ones that didn't, I didn't get a response. I also texted in the mobile number provided, but again with no response. The toilet flush in the bathroom upstairs doesn't work properly, so we only used the toilet downstairs The windows don't close properly. We could see they're very old and need repair Check-out time was wrong. In booking.com it said 11.30am, but the owner said it was 11am
