1. The room was clean and looked nice.
2. The communication from accommodation’s admin/s was lovely.
3. The location was very convenient.
4. We had a nice view from the room.
5. Got a fan on request (my friend and I visited on the hottest weekend of the year).
A couple of things that can be easily fixed:
1. Could have a little cupboard or basket to keep some extra toilet tissue in, so there’s always emergency paper in the room. Nobody really wants to find themselves running out of paper when there’s nobody to help straight away 😬
2. The location wasn’t clearly marked with new name when I stayed so that was a little confusing. For the safety, please either update the sign or just add this in the info you sent out for the booking.
3. Offer earplugs in the room, as the location is both a blessing and a curse. The room we stayed in had a lovely view on a park but also people were hanging out there at night and many coming back from clubs/parties were passing by, shouting etc. Obviously, this is not your fault, it would just be worth to give people heads up or again, like with paper, have a little hamper or something with some essentials like earplugs, toilet tissue, maybe some menstrual products.

Its location very central. No staff which was fine as check in very easy.
The room was ok very small but the bad point was the shower was only like warm.

Ideally located, within easy walking distance of beach, shops and other attractions. Easy check-in/check out and the room was lovely. Light, airy and very clean

Beds were comfortable and clean. Car park conveniently close by. Close to town.
Bathroom had cracked sink and toilet. Decor could do with a refresh. Mould in the neck of the water bottle.

Door didn’t feel secure, there was a lot of movement even when locked. Shower pressure is low.

The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The amenities and facilities available could not be faulted. Check in was super easy and well explained. Location was very central.
There's nothing that I can think of that I didn't like about the property, but if I had to choose something, it would be the rickety flooring and old doors that have cracks in the frames.

The place is dodgy and really old. The room was stinky and had little in common with photos.

Unfortunately no breakfast included but did enjoy the stay right near the shopping centre and not far from the sea. Host was helpful in a couple of problems I had

We’ve had a great one night stay at this hotel. It was so clean and tidy. The location is perfect if you’re in Brighton for the beach - it’s literally 5 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable, crispy bedsheets. There was a whole ironing station which is so great to have on a holiday.
The shower is decorated nicely and yet again clean and tidy. 🤩🤩🤩

the pictures on site were misleading and we were expecting a room as shown which wasn’t the case.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. The room had the use of an outdoor yard with table and chairs, it was nice to be able to sit outside. Room contained everything we needed-tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, iron and ironing board (outside of the room).
There was an electric socket that had failed a safety check several years ago still on the wall, looking like it was in use.

Perfect location, so close to seafront and city center.
Would have appreciated a way of securing the room door a bit more than the single lock - maybe a chain or bolt would have made it more comfortably secure.

Very nice welcome! Clean, tidy, everything we needed was in the room! Excellent location with “pay@ car park 50 metres away, beach 2 minute walk, shops 3 minute walk! what more could we ask for? pubs within 5 minute walk! Very good location.
Nothing to dislike!

Lovely staff, great location, easy self check in & very comfortable room. Lovely to have a balcony too, even in the cold! 🥶
