Pathetic place, no staff was there… room was dirty… toilet had poo and pee…. They charged me full amount although I had already paid 50% amount through the link that was shared… very bad experience

Everything room were very untidy Fan noise I have opted for meal and they were not ready with it so first day they got the food from outside and it was horrible plates were dirty Nd i have opted for whole meal plan and never got a tea on time also for tea we have to wait for an hour bcoz they used to go out to get milk Asked for refund for my meal which I never took for next 3 days They told it will be refunded from Oyo directly but still i haven't got the refund Just got a message to talk to customer care no. For which the no. Shared is also invalid Help me to get refund asap
