Property interior was nice, it was very clean and spacious; nice ambiance; one of the reception staff and all of the porters and bellboys were friendly

Location far from any amenities; shower area not properly constructed meant water filled entire bathroom and had to be manually pushed back to drain

The decoration was so good the large space room the place is cozy

The location is auwful i did not have a car i had to take a taxi they all lost their way to the hotel

Location and general design of the room

Rooms can be dusty, floors not the best Toilets weren't in the best shape, clogged sink at times. For the money you could get a room with a kitchen, there could have atleast been a microwave for reheating stuff from the fridge.

This place is a budget boutique spot. With only 20 rooms that are huge, and stylish. Close to airport and riyadh gate. Contains all amenities and very good lighting across the property

i missed some stuff in my room after cleaning . Be careful when you stay

you can hear them clean over the too floors you can hear your nighbor take a shower you can even hear your nighbor turn on the AC Bathroom dripping water in a peddle in the swage The bed is squeaky
