Accogliente appartamento con due camere da letto, recentemente ristrutturato, in stile anni '60, sul Lago di Norman. Splendidi panorami dalla grande terrazza coperta che si affaccia sull'ampia insenatura sul lago. Un sacco di posti a sedere all'aperto per godersi la vista!
Nuovo gazebo e darsena se si desidera portare una barca o moto d'acqua. 2 kayak, 2 stand-up paddleboard e tagliatelle, gratis con noleggio. Pozzo a ferro di cavallo nel cortile anteriore, firepit nel cortile accanto al lago. Canestro da basket ad acqua attaccato al molo. Goditi una partita a cavallo sul lago o una partita a buca di mais sul lago. Palline da pallacanestro e mais fornite.

If you're looking for a quiet place on the lake, and a spot to tie up you're boat this is it. The property is cozy and nostalgic. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided and the boat house and over water gazebo are perfect for the watersports fan. The host was awesome. He worked with me on a last minute request to stay another day and was always there if l needed anything. Will definitely make this place one of my regular stays.

The trip was a good time. The home is exactly as decribed. We spent most of our time at a friend home during the day and used the home for its dock and a place to sleep.
It is not a lot of extras, or modern, etc. The amenities are extremely basic, but fine enough.
The owner was very responsive and nice.

The property is as advertised. It’s like taking a step back in time, but offers a such a peaceful lakefront that it was perfect for our little family!

We loved the location and being able to stay on Lake Norman for a reasonable price. It was nestled back in the woods, but close to anything you might need. I loved having my tea next to the lake under the gazebo.
The owner was up front about the accommodations. He definitely said that the mobile home was older but updated so it didn’t have a dishwasher. But Vrbo needs to update it’s listing to show there is no dishwasher. I would stay again.

The house is an older trailer as described. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were spider webs everywhere. I was knocking them down as I was walking down the hallway in the dark. :( Master bed is HORRIBLE, however, the guest bedroom bed was ok. The water smells like rust and there isn’t a light over the shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood is fabulous and the outside is fantastic. The dock is amazing and we had a great time sitting down by the lake on our trip.

The area is so beautiful and peaceful. The view was incredible and so quiet. The house was perfect for what we needed it for. It was well-kept and clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard had everything that was needed and has an excellent boat dock. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time at the lake.

Larry had EVERYTHING if we forgot it he had it. We will definitely be back. The scenery was Very relaxing, had great weather and a lot of fishing on the most comfortable dock and gazebo. Thank you Larry!!

My husband and I and our adult son stayed for a week while visiting our son and wife nearby. We have stayed multiple times at the lake over the past 5 years. This setting was gorgeous with the new dock and an abundance of lake toys. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit after a late afternoon swim.
Unfortunately, rental prices have skyrocketed. This was affordable but the house is old and needs replaced since updating is not a likely option. The online listing was accurate, so we were not surprised by the condition. There were plenty of dishes, cleaning supplies, and linens. Since the weather was mild at night, we would have liked to have the windows open instead of using the air-conditioning, but there were no screens in the windows. Larry was very helpful and kind.

My husband and i wanted to stay somewhere relaxing and quiet when my mom came to visit us. This home away from home on the lake was exactly what we wanted and than some. We liked the cozy feeling of the house and how well kept it is. The dock was great for fishing, and we were thankful for the kayaks that we could float around in. Mom loved the deck! She had coffee there every morning and enjoyed the view immensely.
Thank you, Larry, for providing such a great lake house retreat! Truly a gem of a place and pleasure to get to stay there for awhile.

I would recommend this place to anyone if they wanted somewhere to get away and relax. The place itself was very clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was relaxing and chill. I can see myself booking this place again in the future.

By mint condition, I mean this place is perfectly well kept and maintained. The huge covered porch off the back is great. The included kayaks and SUP are a bonus. We had a great time.

Wonderful being on the lake and loved having the kayaks and paddle boards available. The BBQ pit was a plus, we used it a couple of times for lunch. This residence is pretty close to grocery stores, restaurants and some shopping.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was as stated in the listing and clean, which is a big one for me. There were 6 of us so we did have to use the sofa sleeper, which was the only negative because it was uncomfortable. But the wonderful outdoors made up for it! The deck with covered gazebo was fantastic and the use of the paddleboards and kayaks thrilled and entertained our 4 teens, who all had a great time. That's saying alot... since making four teenagers all happy at the same time is a rare thing. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay in Larry's home on such a beautiful lake in such a nice town and neighborhood! Thank you very much, we had a great stay!

Wanted a short little getaway for a few days. The place was perfect. Had everything we needed. Very clean. The dock was amazing. We loved using the kayaks. Having a fire by the lake in the evenings was very relaxing. We had a great time. Would highly recommend and stay again. Larry was prompt in answering any questions we had.

Very peaceful and relaxing location right on the Lake and in close proximity to a Food Lion and several restaurants. We rented a pontoon boat for two days from Surf & Sport Lake Norman, and they delivered it directly to the dock the night before and picked it up at the end of the second day, which was very convenient. Sitting on both the back deck and by the fire pit was a serene and enjoyable way to watch the world drift by.
Larry has compiled a three-ring binder full of detailed instructions, which proved very helpful during our stay. This was particularly true in terms of operating the home's oven, which was an older model and a little hinky, but it worked fine once we figured out how to use it.
All-in-all, we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Beautiful water front. Had lots of fun watching fireworks right from the shore line all week end long. Older kids enjoyed kayaks during the day and at night for firework viewing. Great area for swimming and relaxing on some floats.

Larry’s place on Lake Norman has become our pit stop on our way to Myrtle Beach and Florida. This is our 2nd visit and the location is terrific, we spend so much time outside on the covered deck for our meals morning coffee daydreaming and just enjoying the view and the boating skiing enthusiasts.

The house is in a great location on a beautiful property. We visited for Spring Break and stayed for 4 nights. Everything is very close by if you need groceries, want to grab a bite to eat or even rent a boat for the day.

This property was perfect for our spring break fishing trip. The dock was perfect for our boat and for night fishing and we really appreciated the snacks the host left. We hope to visit again!
