A good place for short stay. Room was good, clean. Bathroom was.clean too. Friendly reception staffs. Got cafe too. Easy. There is a basement parking with affordable rate

Room was very clean, AC was cold, and hot water in shower lasted.

When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby and front desk were literally CLOSED. There was a note on the door for me to call a local number. I didn't have a local SIM card. It was very clear by my contact number I was a foreigner to Malaysia. My original arrival time I noted on the reservation was 9pm. My flight was delayed and I did not arrive until around 11pm. I have NEVER been to any hotel where they literally closed the front desk. I was a woman traveling alone in a foreign place, and I had to go on the street and find a stranger in the dark of night to ask to use their phone to contact the number so I would have a place to stay! Then, I was yelled at about not paying up front when I had apparently selected the option to pay at the hotel when I arrived. Any rational person would assume a hotel lobby would be open for guests. This was very unsafe and scary as a strange man followed me into the hotel after I had to walk the street with my suitcase to find someone willing to let me use their phone. I told the owner I didn't know this man and I was very uncomfortable and to please not leave me alone. This was a TERRIBLE experience, and I felt incredibly unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone arriving after 8pm (the owner told me she closes the lobby at 8pm everyday--which makes no sense to me).

The Hotel canceled my booking when we approached the counter. The staff manning the counter said the computer canceled my bookings. But immediately when I checked my phone app on Booking.com and my email it said my bookings are still present. Very disgusted that the hotel treated me and my friends this way. we are gutted and really angry.
