The location is perfect
It needs an upgrade. The elevator speed is slow, the junior suite that we stayed is rather old and, just doesn't seems like worth the money we paid.

The location is very good, in the center of Bukit Bintang shopping district, in front of Pavillion Mall, and attached to Starhill Mall. Room was very spacious, bathtub, and large bed.
We experience peak elevator traffic during check out (10am) and queue on the elevator almost 20 minutes. I was staying in 3rd fl. I needed to catch a flight; I went to the service elevator and was forbidden by the staff (maybe they were following SOP). I asked if there were any stairs, and he answered no. You have to queue up in the elevator as he didn't care about your flight, and there is no alternate solution. Robot.

For a first timer its not easy to find around, can be better marketed where the different restaurants are located and how to find them.

the location
booked the Marriott for our 6th anniversary. waited 40 minutes for our 1 bag to be delivered to the room after we called and went down to the reception to ask for the bag. staff attitude was definitely not 5 star or what we have ever experienced in any marriot property around the world. location is very good but definitely would not stay there again.

Great location, many shops and restaurants near by.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Swimming pool nice and reasonable size.
Very noisy. Every other night there are cars outside the hotel revving their engines with loud exhausts at 2am, 3am waking up everyone. The hotel was unwilling to do anything about it or alert the police of this ongoing nuisance.
Swimming pool should be open longer in the evenings, currently closing at 7pm.
Breakfast lacks cold cuts and better choice of cereals.

When my family and I arrived, we were greeted by a front desk reception named Habib. He greet us with a smile, patiently explaining our stay and search for a connecting room for the convenience of a family of 4.
Breakfast was awesome! Many choices and plenty of seats available
The gym facilities is decent but a 2 out of 5 running machines are not working

1-not clean hotel, I saw a small cockroach in the wardrobe
2-The vast majority of housekeeping not good and Always complain when talk with them to clean our rooms.
3-They take Extra money 51 Kuwaiti Dinar around 155 $ for interconnecting rooms in spite of .they have this note from
booking.com.
4-There is a manager named Angie. Her manner is rude and unhelpful, and she told me that she is not interested in evaluating the sites we booked rooms from, such as Booking.com and Trip.com.
5-The furniture is old and there are dirty stains in the carpets, and this hotel does not live up to the level of luxury Marriott hotels, for example, in Germany, the Netherlands or Thailand.
6-There is no hotel official interested in the opinions of guests, like other Marriott hotels. Certainly, the executive leaders have not visited the hotel in the last five years.

3- Constance knocking noise is very disturbing (everyday)
4- bathroom accessories is due to replacement as some are rust & loose.

The location is fantastic. Strategically located opposite Pavillion Mall and also within walking distance from other malls in Bukit Bintang. Room is newly renovated, breakfast spread was good too.
I got a twin room on the 3rd floor and I didn't like that the room does not have a window view. So my window overlooks a fake facade that houses some artificial plants.

The staff who helped my check-in was definately kindest i have ever met and the location is perfect to go shopping.
I checked in on 6th May and checked out on 8th May.
I asked the guy who was on the lobby kept my luggage from 1pm to 6pm.
And also asked him whether i have to proceed the check-out procedure or not and he answered no need.
Since then, i haven't received my deposit yet even though i sent the e-mails three times & called the lobby and left my name & number & e-mail address but same like no feedback yet.
Really disappointed their after service and I will drop by this hotel on August during my biz trip and will strongly claim about it.

Location - Right at the heart of Bukit Bintang and shopping heaven. Centrally located and transportation to any part of KL is a breeze.
Room - Spacious and luxurious. All amenities were provided. Room service is good and top notch.
Room - On last night before checking out on the very next day, discovered Room 1712 had a leak just outside of the bathroom (i.e. Along the walkway, just in front of the mirror). Already informed the hotel personnel to look into it!

Service was absolutely appalling, especially given the brand that this hotel carries. Checked in at 2.30pm, understandably the room was not ready, so the check in officer said that she would call when the room is ready. It’s 4pm++, and no call was received. My bags are all with the concierge and I’m chasing for time to perform Zuhur prayers (which I thought I could do at the room). When I went to the counter to ask if the room was ready, they suddenly prepared the keys. When asked why I wasn’t contacted if the room was ready, the response was “perhaps you gave an inactive number”. Seriously? What an elementary excuse. When asked if my bags would be in the room, officer said yes but that was not the case. Bags came maybe 45 minutes after room key was given. Best part is yet to come. Next day, family and I went shopping at Pavilion and when we returned around afternoon, our room cards were deactivated ! Had to leave my poor mother in front of the hotel room while I get it sorted out. When asked why the room keys were deactivated, the response was “oh maybe you placed it near to your phone and the card demagnetised”. Sounds like an answer curated from ChatGPT. FYI, none of the cards were placed next to the phone. Last day when checking out, I was asked how was my stay. I explained my frustration as above. The officer was apologetic, and to compensate me, they waived my RM 10 flat fee parking ticket. Amazing, RM 10 ?! What a slap across the face. All in all, super disappointed with the service. Save your money and go Hyatt instead if you’re looking for a premium experience. But if you’re okay with subpar service, it’s a good hotel only due to the location.

We booked a king room at the Marriot KL, but before we left for KL l had received call to say that there was no availability for this type of room and that if l would agree l could stay at their sister hotel the Ritz Carlton and they would throw in breakfast, l agreed, and could not have been any happier

Towel is not clean. Standard of Toothbrush and toothpaste unbelievably appears like 3 star hotel. The coffee capsule appears to be dated. the iron is dated and not functional. the water kettle is dated and leaks/spills when pouring. The phone does not seem to be working. The TV (Samsung) remote control is too complicated to use.
