All was as described, good location, worked great for us

House was clean and roomy. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to all the things we needed and wanted to do. Close to the golf courses we intended to play. Plenty of room for our 9 players. We liked sitting in the back patio after our round. We would stay in this house again.

The house was large with plenty of beds for our large family. Anything missing was taken care of immediately. The manager was really responsive to our texts and very accommodating. Kitchen lacked a few supplies we would have liked but we figured it out and it didn’t affect our stay much. Overall a 5 star stay.

The home had everything we needed. The property owner was helpful. The location was good for beaches, and the Florida aquarium.

We had a lovely stay at this very clean home, which was precisely as shown in the photos and description. There was no need to engage the hosts during our stay, everything was in working order, very well-stocked kitchen for food prep. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were clean etc. It’s truly a residential neighborhood, so a car is required to make your way around to stores and restaurants, which we were prepared for. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were very happy with our stay and recommend this property to others! The property was spacious for our large family (10 adults and 6 kids). Each family had their own bedroom; some of us shared a bathroom. There were more beds in the bunk rooms compared to the listing, which worked out even better for our families (2 sets of bunk beds were in each of the bunk rooms). Master and Office were on the main floor, remaining 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary supplies and there were 3 eating areas (eat-in kitchen and counter seating, dining room, and outdoor area). Location was great for us (drive time to family wedding in Bradenton was about 35-40 minutes, distance to Tampa airport was about 35-50 minutes); there was a shopping center within 5 minutes (grocery store, ice cream, pizza, etc). The Manatee Viewing Area was only a short distance as well. Laundry is coin-operated, we were aware of this and brought quarters for a few loads. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the spacious home. We would recommend this property!

The house was very spacious and was perfect to accommodate our group. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. A few minor discrepancies occurred but they were corrected immediately. Overall we had a lovely experience.

Home was large, great communication with owner. There were lots of things that needed maintenance (broken blinds, stains in carpets, painting). Downstairs was much nicer than upstairs. A lot of the furniture upstairs looked more like dorm furniture. Our children walked across floors barefoot and by the end of the day their feet were black. Perfect size for our family, great trip just needed some deep cleaning and updates and repairs.

It was a great trip and very easy to check in and out of! Beds felt wonderful and had plenty of space! only thing that sort of stunk which we knew going in was that after you pay for everything and the convenience a house brings was the fact that you had to pay for the laundry. Other then that the house was amazing!

The property was Great. Few exceptions...Ice maker didn't work. Thought we had fixed it but it froze up again. It was a pay washer/dryer but some change was there to wash and dry a couple of loads. Very roomy and spacious!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home in Apollo beach. The home was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and although it was a bit of a ways from things we wanted to do it still worked out. The host’s were very responsive to any questions I had and were very kind! I would definitely rent this property again! Thank you for letting us use your home we had a wonderful experience staying there!

Overall we enjoyed our staying for the price that we had paid for. However, the house conditions would need some upgrades and a few negative stuffs that we would like to share, such as: the coin laundry (we had 12 people, and it’s hard for us to go get the changes at the grocery, they only let us change 10$ per round, and it cost $4.50 per load), and the issue with the thermostat controller in the 1st floor. One thing we really don’t like is that lacking of privacy respect. When the maintenance guy came to fix the thermostat, despite of our request that we want him to ring the bell before entering the house, he didn’t do it and it caught us off guard. Hopefully the management team can take into consideration our feedback.

Overall was good. Couple of maintenance items, but nothing major.

We had a large group of 23 people. While some slept on couches/airmatresses- it was still so much room for us. Any issues I had were taken care of promptly. This was a beautiful stay and I’d definitely come again!

Excellent for a large group, stocked kitchen , bbq and patio. Only issue was that washer and dryer were coin operated.

My family and I stayed 3 nights at the home. It's roomy yet cozy. Enough space for all. Owner was available and provided whatever was needed. Bring your fluffy socks and enjoy.

Great experience! Although we only used the home to sleep and get ready for our events (rehearsal dinner & wedding) it was spacious enough and comfortable.

My family and I stayed at The Mansion at Golf and Sea for nine weeks. The house is spacious, luxurious, and well equipped for a family stay, and the layout is both open in appearance, but also well laid out for multi-family stays. . The location is a quiet cul-du-sac located near essential shopping and convenient to other attractions in the Tampa/Orlando/Sarasota area. The best part of renting this property, however, is the owner, who lives in the same neighborhood. He was gracious, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Five stars to the property and five stars-plus to its owner.
