Air conditioner in kitchen at top of apartments. No air in bedrooms. Narrow stairs to get to front door making it difficult for larger luggage

Valeria was really wonderful very helpful and easy to reach. We loved the smell of the homemade breakfast treats from the cafes below.

It’s a bit noisy at night lots of people walk on the street below. We Really couldn’t get a good nights sleep.

It is a modern and chic newly renovated apartment. With quiet AC it was very comfortable for us when it was 32 degree outside. We had everything we needed, including a washer, washing detergent, a dishwasher, a balcony for the drying rack, tea bags, coffee. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. It is in a new building in a pedestrian area in the heart of Como. Lots of groceries (carefree express), pasties store, restaurants are just downstair and within 3 min walking. The church is right around the corner and the lake is 3 min away. The check in was done through a lock box. Simple and smooth. Host and owners are extremely responsive and communicated with us seamlessly in what up. Host was so thoughtful and she put together a guide on restaurant recommendation, activity summary, etc. It is totally exceeding my expectation and a great value for a perfect stay!

Silvia is a wonderful host, very responsive, reacted fast to our short term booking and very helpul and polite! The place is quite conveniently located in the center of town and is new and clean - as seen in the images. Definitely recommend!

house is very well maintained, perfectly cleaned and in a beautiful location. we were welcomed by a very friendly host who looked after us in a perfect way. would come back to this property a thousand times! strongly recommended.
