Our view was very pretty, but not the construction. I’m sure the hotel will be very happy when that is over.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. The staff from start to finish was amazing. From the greeting to our departure. Our butler, Alberto, was over the top great. Loved our time there.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Como! The luxury interiors and refined details bring reminiscent of grand italian Palazzo. A rooftop bar is a fantastic place where you want to stay all day long. I enjoyed the breakfast experience: a pleasant atmosphere, a wide choice of food, and a super friendly team. The service is unexpected; everything is so good! The hotel staff go above and beyond, and the Butler will introduce you to the best of Lake Como.

Everything was great. Alberto was terrific!! I know people complain Ed about the construction outside, but that didn’t bother us at all. Besides, that’s the city of Como and the hotel has no control over it. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with lovely staff, this was our first 5 star hotel stay and they made us feel welcome and comfortable.

1700 € per night. A major construction site right in front of the windows. Huge disappointment. View ruined. Experience ruined. We also booked a room with a small balcony but got small windows on the last floor. But a balcony wouldn’t safe the experience anyways. That construction is horrible. Noise starts at 8 in the morning! Yes the staff was nice and helpful. But the hotel itself doesn’t cost that money even if there was no construction. Save your money and stay somewhere else

the food and service were exceptional. the room was perfect: clean, a window looking into the palazzo, and a beautiful bathroom. the staff was so friendly and helped us get a great information and a dinner reservation, and as a tourist that is hard to beat!
