The position is very good, it's near the tram stop, very fast to go to the center and to the station. The staff was very kind as we could make an early check-in.

The bed is not so confortable, higher in the center and lower to the sides. Cleaning should be improved.

we were with four people, the sofa was not very comfortable for 2 people, for one person it was ok.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the room was spacious. When we were there the neighbors were very quiet and respectful and it's within a 20 minutes walk to downtown which is great.

One bathroom, one kitchen, two toilets, All fully equipped. We were allowed to check in early. Clear information about check in. Brochures about the destination. A quiet neighbourhood close to a tram stop.

Our workman neighbours were rather noisy but after we told me it got better. I would remove all "beautiful" decoration so we could have more space for our stuff. There is not much of it. Curtains are welcome so we can sleep in the dark.

It was exactly as described: a place to stay that was convenient and centrally located. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. The rooms are small and basic, but clean. It's close to the tram so getting anywhere in Erfurt is easy. There is a Rewe nearby in case you want to buy any groceries. I didn't have direct contact with the hosts, but they sent me simple, straightforward instructions on how to get in. It's a fair value and you get exactly was you are promised.

This wasn't anyone's fault per se, but the walls are a bit thin so if people are a bit loud in another room, if someone cooks late at night, etc. you will hear it.

Well situated in walking distance of the town center. Fully equipped kitchen is very useful.
