Our stay was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Veice and other beautiful areas. If our travels take us this way in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book Richard's place.

BE CAREFUL GETTING DISHONEST CHARGES FROM THIS HOST TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE. AT FIRST EVERYTHING SEEMS NORMAL, I WAS POLITE ,TOLD THE OWNER TIME OF ARRIVAL, INTRODUCED TO HIM. BEFORE LEAVING, I ALWAYS CHECK 2 HOURS BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING IS CLEAN SO HOSTS DONT HAVE TO DO EXTRA WORK. BEFORE WE LEFT ON OUR FIRST STAY I SAID BYE TO HIM POLITELY AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WE TELL THIS OWNER HE HAD A PLUMBING ISSUE LEAKING ON THE SINK AREA (WHICH WAS WEIRD THAT HE HAD A BUCKET BENEATH THE PIPES). LATER ON I RECEIVED A WEIRD CALL FROM HIM SAYING ONE OF THE GUEST DAMAGED THE PIPES AND EVERYTHING WAS A MESS ON THE KITCHEN (WHICH MAKES NO SENSE SINCE HE WENT INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND I SHOWED HIM EVERYTHING). ANYWAYS I TRIED TO KEEP IT POLITELY BECAUSE IT WAS HIS POINT OF VIEW AGAINST MINE AND IT WAS GOING NOWHERE, SO I KEEP IT COOL. WE EVEN BOOKED ANOTHER STAY WITH HIM! THIS TIME HE WENT EVEN FURTHER, HE SENT ME A PICTURE OF A CHAIR THAT WAS NOT PLACE ALL THE WAY TO THE TABLE (THATS NO REASON TO CHARGE), ALSO THERES NO DISHWASHER SO ITS NORMAL TO HAVE BREAKFAST AND LEAVING 3-5 CLEANED DISHES DRYING ON THE RIGHT SIDE IS NO BIG WORK). THIS HOST CALL US FOR A DAMAGED ON THE PIPES TELLING US WE BROKE PURPOSELY THE PIPES AGAIN (MAKES NO SENSE, MY CARD IS ON FILE ON THE APP AND ITS OBVIOUS NO ONE WILL DO THAT). HE THEN TO JUSTIFY HIMSELF SAID WE MADE A MESS IN THE OVEN (A PICANHA ON THE GRILL OUTSIDE AND AFTER IT WAS ALMOST COOKED WE LET IT SEALED PROPERLY IN THE OVEN) HE CHARGED ME 100$.

The bungalow was very cute & clean. It was well furnished & we enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evening.

Exactly as advertised, we were in town to visit family after the passing of our mother and this home was very welcoming, clean, friendly and so darn cute! I am headed back out here soon again and will stay here again. Thanks for having us Florida!

This was my first experience with Vrbo and was very pleased. The owners live separately on the property and were extremely nice. I'll definitely be back.

On entering we noted the nice smell and how clean it was, Very nicely decorated. The host was very nice and a big help when our rental car would not start.We will be staying here again.

This place was spotless. The host was awesome. Very quiet and safe. Even has a great little screened in porch.

This home is immaculate and has everything you need. The owners are nearby and actually waited up for us to arrive and made sure we got in safely. This was really nice since we got in late at night. The location is so convenient, super easy to get to Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and Punta Gorda.

Close enough to everything to be convenient, yet far enough away to be quiet. Owners are close by, so if you need anything, they're quick to help, yet do make it a point to give you your privacy. Thanks for a great stay - next year, I'll book three jumps from the plane?

I rented this house while visiting family in Punta Gorda. The location is very convenient and the rental is very clean with comfortable beds and sheets. Very quiet! Much better option compared to a hotel! Hosts are nearby and very friendly.

It was a very clean bungalow in a great location. The hosts were super friendly and helpful...despite the fact that they are Green Bay Packer and New England Patriot fans (just kidding)!! I really enjoyed my stay!!

Clean house located near Charlotte Harbor. Hosts were available if needed, but gave me space. I will stay here again when I am in town.

When we arrived at the property, we first noticed the very nice screened in porch.....It was a very quiet area which was also very clean. When we opened the door we were very happy with the inside of the home too.....It was extraordinarily clean and very well kept. The owners were close by and came by to see if we needed anything and were very helpful. I would recommend this listing to anyone who is looking for a nice clean place to stay.

This was the prefect getaway for our short but sweet mini vacation. The host was very friendly and the accommodations where far more then we expected. We will most certainly stay again a this little jewel.
