The villa is amazing. So many areas to enjoy together and plenty of privacy. A gorgeous setting and view of the sea and town, plus the national park is all around you. We spent more time at the villa than we had planned just because it was so lovely.

Perfect home for our group - two families with adult kids - of 9 people. The house was very comfortable. The views fantastic. Just a wonderful relaxing stay.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks, and would have been happy to stay 3 more! This Villa has a perfect layout, very well equipped, with a picturesque setting. You will never tire of the beautiful views of the mountains & sea. It is only 1 mile from a quaint town with lots of activity. We will be back!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Das Objekt ist in einen super Zustand und der beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight für unsere Kinder. Der Besitzer und Pascal standen und im Vorfeld und vor Ort immer zur Verfügung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le pool house est génial pour des grands ados qui peuvent avoir leur indépendance tout en étant avec nous.

Lieu très accueillant pour passer Noël. Très bon emplacement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa. Le propriétaire est disponible et agréable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir afin de visiter plus précisement cette belle région.

une très belle maison sur les hauteurs de Cassis. Equipement parfait . décoration soignée. Une mention spéciale pour le Pool House et sa terrasse en bois avec vue dominante sur Cassis et la mer.

De woning was al in geen maanden schoongemaakt. Keuken waar het vet uit de afzuigkap droop en keukenkastjes onder de vieze plakkende smurrie zaten. Met als toppunt een bebloede zakdoek in een van de slaapkamers. Direct gemeld dat de woning vies was. Na twee dagen kon er een schoonmaakster langskomen. Maar dat was voor ons te laat. Inmiddels zelf het hoognodige schoongemaakt. We wachten nog steeds op terugbetaling van de schoonmaak fee. Niemand die reageert. Zo slecht dit. Gaan hier nooit meer huren.

That being said, the view makes the climb worthwhile. The property suits 6-8 adults with perhaps some children also. The house and grounds are reasonably maintained but in need of some attention/investment in certain areas.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse en famille avec enfants et petits enfants dans la villa de Pierre et Florence. C’est une maison spacieuse avec de belles prestations. La piscine et les terrasses avec vue dégagée sur la baie de Cassis et surplombée par le cap Canaille qui s’orne des plus beaux ocres en fin de journée sont un spectacle magique qui nous manque déjà.

Villa superbe située à 15 mn à pied du port dans un domaine privé et sécurisé. Terrasses et piscine très agréables. Déco et équipements de qualité. Accueil très souriant et chaleureux. Et région magnifique...

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique, la villa est vraiment de prestige 5 étoiles avec tout le confort que l'on peut attendre. Tout le descriptif indiqué dans la présentation est même en dessous de la réalité. Le Pool House doté lui aussi d'une cuisine super équipée et à quelques mètres en hauteur de la Villa, permet de changer d'atmosphère et de se sentir dans un autre lieu. La petite piscine en contrebas du Pool House est idéale pour les enfants et petits enfants. Le terrain de boules attenant fait la joie des amateurs. Belle pièce à vivre avec une grande télévision à écran plat avec Netflix (et plusieurs autres télévisions dans les 5 chambres toutes avec SDB /WC. Jardin soigné et très entretenu, belle table terrasse avec plancha idéale pour grillades et enfin terrain de tennis et piscine 25 mètres faisant partie de la Grande Bastide 2 pour les sportifs amateurs ou professionnels. Alors ne vous posez pas de questions si vous voulez passer un été à Cassis......réservez cette belle Villa prestigieuse face à la grande bleue. Pascal Escande

Rien a redire sur notre sejour. La maison est superbe, bien equipee et a quelques minutes du centre ville en voiture. Les hotes sont reactifs en cas de question. Un vrai plaisir!

Huset og eiendommen var enda bedre i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Nydelig "provencalsk" moderen hus med mange flotte detaljer både inne og ute. Flott hageanlegg. Kjempehyggelig spiseplass med god atmosfære. Eierne har tydelig sans for estetikk og kvalitet. 20 m basseng og tenninbane i fellesområdet veide opp for et mindre basseng som passet best til barna. Vi koste oss veldig den uken vi var der og kunne gjerne reist tilbake. Cassis er en liten og sjarmerende fiskelandsby med mange restauranter. Det lokale supermarkedet var ikke i toppklasse, man bør kjøre til neste tettsted ca 10 min for større (billigere?) og bedre supermarked. Kun 2 ting som trekker ned - litt harde senger (mangler overmadrass) og det er ikke air-condition på soverommene. 1-2 soverom fikk kjøling fra aircondition fra stue, mens de 3 andre soverommene lå for langt unna (1 er i poolhouse som ligger for seg selv) . Hvis man benytter vifter blir det "levelig". Be om vifte til alle soverommene (de hadde 2, men burde hatt 2 til). Til tross for dette - kan vi anbefale stedet. Dere vil få en god opplevelse.

Spacious and inviting home. Beautiful vistas from the mountainside. Easy walk to Cassis. Small pool was nice to cool off in, as it was VERY hot when we stayed in Cassis for a week.

House was amazing! Very clean, good space, good sized beds. We were a group of 8 persons and there would still be room for more! Even better than the pictures! Good location with walking distance to Cassis and amazing views from patio. Tennis court was clean and well maintained.

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de charme et une vue extraordinaire. La villa est très bien équipée et parfaitement conforme à la description. Nous avons bien aimé la petite piscine qui fait partie à la villa et la terrasse et le court de tennis qui fait partie au domaine privé. Car la villa se trouve dans un domaine privé on a pas de problèmes de garer sa voiture. Sehr schöne Villa, gut eingerichtet und ein fantastischer Blick auf die Calanques und das Meer, entspricht alles der Beschreibung. Ein kleines Schwimmbad gehört zur Villa, ein grosses Schwimmbad und ein Tennisplatz zum ganzen Terrain. Parkplatz ist vor der Haustür. Empfehlenswert!

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description, voire est encore mieux. Une très bon accueil et une villa de rêve très bien entretenue. Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine.
