- we have purchased our apartment 6 months ahead of time and with our big surprise we got completely different unit from what we originally saw in the pictures. This residence has 2 different buildings. Unfortunately they do not show the pictures of the second building were most of the units are. - they are showing a wonderful view of the sea with description that some units can have just partial sea view. In reality you end up with a construction right in front of your eyes and workers that you see every morning while you are on holiday. - absolute no privacy. Unless you want to be all day in darkness and have your blinds closed, everybody is just passing along your unit and see inside your apartment. - spent long hours between Booking and Airone management to get some discount and refund. It was unpleasant while you want to enjoy your vacation and not to be arguing about what you should get and what you paid for instead of what you have. - huge problem with the internet. There is a good signal but not internet. We were there 1 months without being able to use computer at all. - TV just for local Italians. There is only 1 program working.

The facilities and location are incredible l. Valentina was so helpful !

Hard mattress and small shower

Everything was perfect. Nicole and Francessco was very nice and helpfull. Balcon and swimmingpool with view on the sea and vulcan. Very good location.

Maybe in the toilet would be nice to get more shelves.

The pool was amazing (though you have to wear swim cap), the hotel is easily accessible from the railway station, the apartment was clean and included all amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the solarium is breathtaking and even though the climb is quite steep (as it is everywhere on the coast), the beaches are very close. Try the gin lemon.

There was minor trouble with electricity - during our stay, the main fuse blew at night which resulted in the AC turning itself off during the night and it was quite hot. It's not the fault of the staff though and an electrician came to fix the problem. In an apartment advertised as four bed (two bedroom), one bedroom contained a queen size bed for two and the other a rather confusing single bed with another pull out bed in a drawer under it. It was strange but - surprisingly - quite comfortable.

Great view, large appartment, easy walking distance to the best beach of the surrounding (access near the train station), easy access to Tropea and nice swimming pool with sea view. People were really friendly and helpful

A road in front of the residence (choose sleeping room in the back) and the very adjacent residence + pool still under construction or left unfinished. It gives a strange feeling... Very very small shower No decoration or effort to give a king of seal to the apartment that is a cold space.

nice views. the flat is new and well equipped. the staff is very friendly

we would have loved some extra care. we had to ask for toilet paper and batteries for the remote control of the main gate and tv. this items could have been tested before our arrival. the complex is quite big and depending on the flat you might have to climb a lot of stairs

The guy who gave us the key was nice, and let us 1 hour earlier in Apartment.

I didn't liked that we got the roof apartment, and it was very hot, despite of Air-conditioning. The beds was very uncomfortable. It was nowhere written that every garbage I should bring down. I thought only which has no more place in Apartment. I left it clean the apartment, only some paper trash I let it there.. but still complaining for it. I ask then why I'm paying 50Eur end cleaning, but this contains no trash transport.. Anyway, it should be written then somewhere this info, cause it is no problem to bring it down.. Although the Trash containers are all full, no place for trash.

-The swimming pool and sun terrace were really nice. - There is a small shop nearby which is really handy. - The apartment was really clean as well as the terrain itself. - Each appartement has its own washing machine which is very handy. - Stunning views!

- There is no airconditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living room/kitchen. This is not clearly mentioned in the advertisement on Booking. During our stay temperatures were as high as 36 degrees, which makes it unbearable to sleep in a non airconditioned room. After our first night with little sleep I messaged the staff to ask if they had a fan or something but they did not offer us anything. Eventually we bought a decent fan for 50 euros ourselves. In a region where temperatures are so high. Every room should be airconditioned. - The matrasses were so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. We asked if they maybe had another one but again no help was given. - In the advertisement on Booking they say that there is a tennis court nearby with extra fee but we asked the staff and they did not know of any tenniscourt in the area. - The shower is really really tiny and you can barely move in it. - the advertisement states that the beach is really close but it is about a 20 -25 minute walk up and downhill. - There is not a lot provided in the apartment. Only one toilet role, one bin bag, one large towel and two smaller once per person for a 10 day stay,… and we got asked not to use the provided bin bag. So you had to buy everything yourself. - You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool. You can buy them for 5€ each at the reception but if you mention it earlier people can bring it from home or it could be included in the booking fee.

Space

Nice place, no overstuffed by turist. Nice pool in apartements.

Beach about 15 minutes (a lot of steps), spaigia Paradiso del sup is fascinating, unfortunaletelly only in morning. Boats coming every dayat lunch time empties their toilets, swiming is like as super-G between sh.ts. A bit disgusting!

The owner Nicola was so sweet and accommodating with everything!

The beds were very uncomfortable and there were a few other cosmetic issues with the rooms.
