I would highly recommend this property. The check in and check out process was seamless. Carlotta explained everything in detail upon check in. The pool was easily accessible and you are walking distance from beautiful eagle beach. Beach chairs and cooler provided. An awesome time from start to finish.

This property exceeded my expectations. It was very upscale, very clean and the staff were extremely attentive. It had all the amenities I expected and I especially loved the pool, the beach accessories and proximity to everything. Can’t wait to return to this property in 2024!

Our stay was fine, the room provided what we needed and was clean enough, but it wasn't amazing. It's not a hotel, there's not really concierge service, like you can't go to the desk and ask for new bath towels or for something to be fixed in the room. I will say that although it is bright in the room at night due to the hall lights, the issue can easily be fixed by closing the bedroom door to shut out the light flooding the living room. We didn't find it any brighter in the bedroom than in our bedroom at home in the city. I found the bigger problem to be not getting any natural light in the room in the morning to help wake up. It was nice to be so close to the beach, but we found ourselves driving to Palm Beach for most activities, it's more lively there. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again.
A few things in the room could use repair:
- there's a hole in the neck of the kitchen faucet that sprays when the water is on
- the provided cooler is broken, it doesn't actually latch
- there is a dehumidifier in the room that is quite moldy and gross, it could use a cleaning. I get that it's necessary to have in such a humid place, but it was quite annoying to be responsible for emptying it twice a day

This place is beautiful! The only disappointment was the location of the room. The photos made it look like you had windows with a view of something. This was not the case, there was no view at all. It was an inside unit. I would just suggest you add that to the description. Other than that, it was great.

The pool area of this complex gets 5 stars. Location is great, easy access to the beach. This unit was okay. The “windows” in the pictures look into a hallway that is brightly lit at night. The bedroom has a blackout roller shade but substantial light leaks around, particularly above the shade so that the bedroom is quite bright at night. I missed being able to look outside in the morning, but it wasn’t terrible being inside most of the time, we were outside most of the day anyway. An overhead vent dripped water on the floor and there was a patch of black mold on the wall. There was a dehumidifier, which we ran and poured out gallons of water each day. Kitchen was not very well equipped, but we made do and cooked about half the time. They do not provide shampoo or bath soap, so you will want to bring those if possible. The management staff is friendly and helpful, but the checkin process used an online process that doesn’t work very well.

This place was perfect in every way possible, from convenience to cleanliness I couldn't have been more pleased. I wasn't sure what to expect being that I have never been to aruba but this was way above my expectations. I'm a pretty snobby and picky person so if I enjoyed it so will you!

Blackout currents would’ve been nice in the bedroom but not an issue!! It was the perfect location!!! 30 minutes to Baby beach and 5 minutes to Palm Beach shops and beaches. Great restaurants nearby in walking distance. We had free parking, towel exchange each day (don’t need to bring your own). We loves the access to the beach chairs with our stay that we could take anywhere! There’s also a free cooler and ice machine (by the pool)!!! So don’t worry about bringing ice. Prestige managed our stay and they were awesome!! Comfy space. AC. And warm water!! We will be back!!!!

Beautiful Amenities at LeVent, the unit not so much!
Overall, we had a great time, the unit wasn't to my liking, 2 windows looking out to the lobby, at night lights from the lobby were streaming in from both windows and the shades did very little. Prestige (Carlotta) was clear about the beach towels being exchanged only once per day, I stayed at this unit for 7 days and was recommended by Carlotta to take the towels to the nearby laundromat if we wanted fresh and clean towels. Prestige (Carlotta) doesn't seem to be friendly and approachable. If you forgot your key card to the room after 6pm you are locked out for the night. There isn't anyone around to help after 6pm, you are on your own. Also, unit looks much smaller than the pictures! I will definitely stay at LeVent again, just different unit. This unit has no access to patio or balcony!

Wonderful stay in Aruba
Smooth process all around. Perfectly appointed condo. Everything was clean and well kept. Warning for those who need a dark room to sleep the room has a window to the hall and the lights brighten the room even with darkening shades. Otherwise it was perfect for our stay.

Good apartment
This is a very nice, small but well appointed, apartment in a great condominium. As the listing says, it has no outdoor access. It is more like a hotel room as there are windows with natural light but you cannot open them. Good bed and pillows, excellent kitchen and very well stocked. The condominium is very new and nice and two minutes walk to the best beach on the island. Property manager on site which is a great help. The price is so much better than anything around that area that I totally recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very nice stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-so much so that we extended by 2 days! The desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great. The pool area is well maintained as are the grills which we (and other guests) used many times. We were under the impression that there was laundry on the property and there isn’t, but the staff offered to do laundry for us. We did not take them up on the kind offer and instead went to the resort next door and enjoyed a drink while doing wash. Also, guests should be aware that this is a completely interior room with no windows to the outside. The listing accurately states no balcony, but we were a bit surprised to find no windows that opened to the outdoors. The condo was nicely furnished including a kitchen with a full stove, microwave, oven and hood vent-great for preparing meals. All necessities are within walking distance. The staff also arranged for our airport transportation. It was the most smooth pick up ever with Hubert whom we used for some additional transport around the island as well as our trip back to the airport. Overall very nicely done and a great first experience with booking on VRBO versus a big resort.

Terrific stay in Eagle Beach with a beautiful clean and convenient condo
What you read online is what it is. Brand new property, quiet, secure, clean (as expected), upscale and diverse residents/vacationers with couples and families. Condo was as shown in pictures, no surprises. Short walk to Eagle Beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet area as compared to Palm Beach. Awesome rooftop access to view sunrises and sunsets. Prestige was terrific host and very responsive to any inquiry we made. Highly recommend this location if you dont want to be knee deep in the very busy Palm Beach area but still feel very close.

Relaxation by the beach
The condo complex was conveniently located across from one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever visited with great amenities. Beautiful pool on the property with enough chairs and spaces. Parking and security was excellent. The room was clean and week equipped. Everything in the kitchen worked and seemed new. Great shower and bed. The location was quiet.
