Very clean and tidy van. Has everything you need and the welcome hamper and milk tea and coffee where a great surprise thankyou Sue for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The hot tub was very clean and welcoming after along day walking. Sue even added a extra surprise for my husband birthday. Will definitely be booking again. The photos on booking.com don't do this van justice it is lovely with modern decor.

The caravan was well equipped with lovely extras including, food hamper, toilet rolls and board games. Beds were comfy which is hard to come by in a caravan! Hit tub was beautiful.

Host was really nice and have anticipated what guests will be needing during their stay. Kids enjoyed the hot tub too.

Sue was brilliant. Clear directions on how to get to the property, brilliant communication…she provided milk, snacks and drinks for when we arrived. She decorated with balloons and banners for my husbands birthday. All the extra little touches just made the place feel like home. Really clean and very comfy. Perfect location. We all enjoyed the hot tub, especially the children. Everything was just amazing. We will definitely be rebooking. Thank you.

Very clean everything you needed even with the added touch of Halloween dec’s sweets for little one and a bottle of wine for the adults. Hot tub was a great hit after a long walk and chill time before bed It was like home from home

Lovely extra touches- welcome pack - nice homely feel and great communication from owners. Cracking spot with lovely hot tub oh and passes for entertainment. Really enjoyed it!

Nothing really- only thing that would be helpful was some spare bin liners as its amazing how much rubbish you get through!

The caravan was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. We loved the hot tub and the balcony and were very fortunate to have amazing weather which made the experience even better.

Plenty to do and see at Tattershall Lakes. Love going there. The caravan was very comfortable and clean. Would very much recommend it. Can't wait to go back again.

The caravan is excellent, everything you need for your stay. The host is amazing, she accommodates for all needs including putting birthday banners and balloons for my other halves birthday. The little touch’s of biscuits, sweets, drinks (wine and lemonade) was great. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids, and was lovely to get in after a day at the inflatables to rest our aching muscles. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

That we didn’t stay longer, wish I had booked for a week.
