Cleanliness, welcome packs, space and light in the apartment. Plenty of storage space and we liked the decor.

Shower flooded easily, so had to clean up the mess. The hot water in the shower only lasted about 30 seconds in the evening and not much more than a minute in the morning The weather was very hot, but only one fan was provided in one bedroom.

The apartment is in a quiet area and very near the shopping mall, supermarkets and a station. It´s around 10 minutes walk to the centre and 20 to the beach. It had everything necessary for the stay - microwave, washing mashine, cooker, fridge, TV, two bedrooms - one with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed. There´s a sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very spacious and light.

The app for opening the door - main door downstairs didn´t work and we had to ask for the keys. We weren´t the only ones who had this problem - it was impossible to get out of the building or get in without the keys. The owner didn´t meet us and it was very impersonal - they just sent us a code how to open a small box outside the flat where we found the keys. When we communicated with the owner via email, everything was sorted only by emailing each other without any name (that´s why very impersonal). There was no information about the fact we had to clean the apartment ourselves - if our rubbish bin was full we had to throw it out in the street ourselves or there was no toilet paper. Most of all, we stayed for a week in February and the flat has no heaters nor aircon which could be used inside the apartment to warm the place up. It was too cold during the day and during the night and when we asked for a duvet, we got a blanket so we had to have too many layers of clothes to be kept warm a bit.

Spacious apartment for 3 people. Quiet area with 2 large supermarkets MERCADONA & HYPERDINO within 2 mins walking distance. For car parking, there is plenty of spaces but just have to be lucky to get a decent spot. Plenty of wardrobe space, bathroom nice, simple and spacious. Bedrooms very clean and simple and does the business.

Needs an electric kettle. Some breakfast bowls would be ideal. A few more kitchen items like a colander and extra bin bags. The hot water is limited when showering and does take time to replenish itself but it works and it is pipping hot. If you take long 20min showers, then the next person will have to wait for the hot water again. The internet is at best patchy but it's free. It doesn't work well in the bedrooms. We had to use our data roaming to get decent internet.

The staff no speak English.

Location, easy to reach from the airport and the perfect starting point to travel the island by car and the city by foot. Very nice apartment.

Let’s start that when we arrived the apartment was not totally clean. Aside the heat that made in the apartment was unbearable and not even a fan to pass the heat. I want to clean a bit but the is nothing to clean with, totally unacceptable. People don’t care about night time, between the heat and the loud noises it was imposible. At the end I texted that I was checking out at 10:30, in booking they said it was 12:00; at 10:00 another lady came knocking on my door telling me to check out. Completely disrespectful. There are better alternatives I don’t recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, everything was disinfected. The staff was very kind and available.
