The property is spacious, clean and perfectly located

The entersnce to the property is through the backyard of several shops and is far from being clean and inviting

View and location were perfect. Internal design was great with unobstricted views through massive windows across the flat. Clever design of kitchen/living area makes the flat minimalistic enough for a relaxed stay.

Building is very old. Toilet smell due to sewer was unbearable and had to keep toilet door closed at all times. When entering it would be very difficult to stay long. The other issue is the number of stairs to reach the flat and no elevator is available. Traveling with my wife and <1yo child was difficult due to carrying a large number of things up the stairs. This became more difficult due to the lack of access to the common area/parking of the complex and the car had to be parked further away. The above issues seem more significant considering the price paid for the flat.

The view is outstanding and the proximity to the harbour is yards away. The windows in the lounge and master bedroom fully fold back so you can enjoy the warmth of the sun and literally hear the sea. Space is good and the apartment presents well. The beds were very comfortable. Ample wardrobe and storage space. Lovely tiled flooring throughout. Beautiful wood kitchen with integrated appliances.

Access to apartment via a service yard which services shops and restaurants for storage and refuse. Lack of dishwasher and coffee maker. Large crack across the full width of the shower screen. Caulking sealant required around air conditioning unit - small amount of finishing off/refurbishment would improve the apartment’s presentation.

location and service was good company was very interested there were many useful items fork, knife, spoon, kettle, toaster it would be good if there were plates and pans.

The electricity was cut off in the morning

Location was great, apartment was nice, the heaters took a bit long to warm up and same with the water at time.

The only thing was the waiting for the water to heat up, everything else was great.

a bit tricky to find the property at the beginning, although good instructions were provided. the entrance was at some back entrance, but it’s safe.

Location right in heart of Kato Pafos and 20 mins from airport. Coral bay short bus ride away. Spacious, light, well equipped with great views, couldn't fault property once inside

As mentioned in other reviews the communal entrance stairs lets property down

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views, extremely quiet, spacious, all amenities you would need. Perfect location. Our host made very good contact through the whole booking details..to when we arrived. Gave us details for our transfer by rental car to the accomodation made it very easy to find.
