Breakfast was well stocked and plenty of choices. Staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Panos waiter at night went out of his way to serve us.

Lifts signposted better, husband doesn’t keep to well and found lift to late for carrying out case up 2 floors.

Breakfast and dinner was not tasty. The food was either dry, overcooked or bland.

The food quality must be improved.

Location is very good

The pillows were not comfortable. The sliding door in the bathroom had a gap and it was very inconvenient

It‘s just loud! The connecting doors to the next room are so thin that you think your neighbours are in your room. Horrible. Furthermore, there were many young football teams in a training camp there and they were just behaving as young guys do: Loud!

As described, great hotel! Lots of different pools and breakfast was plentiful and good quality. I thought I was just booking a room but it actually came with a big living room with sofas, TV, fridge, sink, teas and coffee and a balcony!

The location is just a little further from the sea, but I think that's reflected in the price. Really not a long walk

The room was large and very cheap. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options but was fairly low quality (as you might expect for a hotel like this). No need for travel adapter, rooms are fitted with British sockets

Loud music went on until 11.00pm/11.30pm every night. Gym was pretty bad.

It doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all! It's an old hotel which has been refurbished, you can tell that it was an old hotel. Not a real renovation. Wide range of food although it was always cold no matter what time you went from it opening at 7 to going later at 9/10

Almost no communication from staff, no welcoming when you’re in and out of the hotel they just glance over at you. Staff in the cafe are horrendous just walk through you even when you’ve a plate of food in your hands or even a HOT drink!

The room and bed were large. Linen and towels changed on a regular basis but unfortunately floor did not seem to be cleaned properly regularly. The pools were absolutely fantastic, having a choice of three. The meals in the hotel were great value and the restaurant Manager, George couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant staff were courteous, helpful and the dining area was spotless.

Unfortunately even though the room was large there wasn't enough room on the terrace to have a chair and sit out. The pathway from the hotel to the bus stop, kings mall was littered with rubbish and debris. Poorly lit at night, broken footpaths everywhere.

PANOS is the best person in this place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend the waiter Panos! Wonderful nice man!

We only stayed there 1 night. and we enjoyed it. Staff were friendly, very nice spacious rooms, we also enjoyed one of the swimming pools we used, hotel location is good, the price we paid also makes it value for money. basically it has what i expected from a 4* hotel.
