it was decorated in a lovely way, not too modern but not in any way dated. gave us ideas for our own home. I just said to my partner, Ben, that it felt like a joke from home. we needed an escape and the Snowdon snug gave us that.

the only negative thing is the parking but we got the hang of it and it’s to be expected in a mining village or town.

Cute little mid terrace in a great location, we hiked Snowdon one day and biked Antur Stiniog the next. Lovely and warm and nicely decorated. Appreciated the hot shower after two rainy days!

Everything was great but it was annoying to find the tv remote not working, especially after reading reviews from people several stays before us saying the same thing. We would have appreciated a clothes horse to dry our washing after it had been in the machine

Location was great, it was comfortable, warm, clean and communication was great, information was available on the area and if necessay to communicate with owners

Area around the cooker was quite dark and made preperation of food and cooking food not easy Light on cooker hood not working, could have done with a casserole, a larger saucepan as catering for 4 adults

Cute cosy cottage. Had all we needed and in a good location for Snowdon. Parking a tight fit but right outside.

Mattress very soft Some kitchen equipment such as frying pans could do with replacing TV remote didn't work very well

Ideal location. The cottage was cozy and had everything one could need. Felt like home away from home. The cottage is just a few minutes walk from a gorgeous lake. Close to high street with some lovely cafes. And ofcouse just a few min away from snowdon railway and Llanberis path. There are plenty of buses that go to other paths and bus stop is just on the high street. Perfect holiday.

double bed had 4 slats missing bad lighting in kitchen the toaster was all melted kitchen window all rotten held in with silicone in need of a referb

Property was very clean and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. very close to the High Street and local amenities.

Parking was a little tight The main bedroom was a little small and beds weren’t very comfortable

The property was perfectly situated. It was clean and the beds were very comfy. It had most things needed and great value for money. The hosts were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. would definitely recommend.

could of done with another shelf in the oven and more cooking dishes but we managed. everything else was perfect 👍

The location of Snowdon Snug was spot on, an easy walk to the High Street in Llanberis. Parking is tight and right in front of the door and the roads leading to the cottage are very narrow but accessible. We loved the crisp fresh yet cozy and homely feel of every space. It was also clean and the welcome box of cereal and teas coffees and toffee waffle treats was a nice touch. We spotted 3 cats who welcomed us outside in the tiny courtyard. My friend slept in the main bedroom and she said she slept well, I slept on the bottom bunk bed, a bit squeeky but quite comfortable. The power shower was fab and the bathroom had everything we needed. Every clock in the place wasn't working and had different times. Not sure if this was done on purpose but I personally found it a relief to not constantly be aware of time and deadlines. We had a wonderful weekend - Snowdon Snug is a perfect space for a quiet weekend away.

everything was perfect

central, good size with great little extra. very well furnished and maintained. 20 mins to castle, slate museum and waterfall. 2 mins to shops

no issues at all.. we were aware there was only parking for one car so had already planned.

You can't get a better location if you want to do a hiking around Snowdon. I loved the fact that I could hear the natural sounds (rain, streams etc) during my sleep. Very mindful and caring host - although I didn't have any problems.

The bathroom looks quite ancient with towels in different colours. Also, the shampoos etc looked as if they had been left over by previous guests, e.g., different brands, colours, very untidy. The bunker bed squeaked but was OK for the kid. The cleaner did not pay much attention to the corners where cobwebs could be seen, plus a couple of spiders that made the kid scream.

It was walking distance into Llanberis and it’s all been recently decorated and revamped. It was lovely and clean on arrival and fully equipped with everything you need in a small house. I liked the little touches like the toiletries and the goodie box on arrival.

Location was perfect and the house was exactly what we needed.

Parking was the only thing that was a bit difficult but we got sorted by the help of the neighbours.
