Bathroom floor gets wet with shower use

It is a fabulous place to visit, we had a lovely time together.
The cottage is very charming and located only 3 minutes from Llyn Padarn.

Brilliant place, well laid out and everything you could need was there. We made use of the board games in the rainy evenings and the shower was fantastic! Pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops are a few minutes walk away.
Wifi code stuck on the Sky box confused us, the actual wifi network and password were different but we sorted it in the end. Parking is a nightmare!

The property was very cosy and the heating worked instantly, the place heated up within minutes. The sofas were comfy as was the main bed. The fire was great and we made the most of the washing machine after a few nights of camping before our arrival.
The bathroom is dated and needs work. The toilet leaked every day and we had to mop up the water frequently. It seems to have been a problem for a long time judging by the other reviews.

Confusing wifi password. The one provided in a visible place wasn't the correct. The correct one was on the router. Lack of response from the host when asked about it.

Very homy, it had all you need. Lovely fireplace and a good size kitchen. Very comfortable mattreses and well decorated rooms. Excellent location.
We had a leak in the kitchen wall during our stay. It was running down the wall over a light switch. I've contacted the property manager and he arranged an electrician to have a look at it. Not a big issue but not something you want to deal with on your holiday.
Bathroom is dated too and the toilet was also leaking. By the looks of the previous reviews, it is an ongoing issue.
There's no door in the loft bedroom.

Location. Property had everything we could have asked for. The owner seems to have thought of everything. It was lovely to have a good coffee machine and Tea pot. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely log burner. The house was very comfortable and would definitely book again.
The parking could have been better but it is what it is.

Excellent location, within easy reach of all major destinations. Town is quiet, but you have everything you need in terms of shops, places to eat, coffee shops etc.
Loft bedroom hasn't got a door and there's no garden.

Nice cottage ideal for 4 in a great quiet location a few minutes from the high street with easy access to Snowdon for walking and the lake for kayaking etc. No need to drive for either (get the bus to the Snowdon routes and save on the extortionate parking prices). Nothing flash but Comfortable beds, sofas and good hot shower and decent TV for watching the footy. Kitchen has everything you need including a good coffee machine and room for 4 to sit around the table.
Leaking toilet! Looking in the guest book looks like this has been an issue for a while. Bathroom is a bit tired and could be so much better with a separate shower and bath. When we arrived at time confirmed (4pm) the owner didn’t answer the phone and we didn’t get the key code for 1.5 hrs later - fortunately there was a local builder working two doors down who knew the code and let us in after showing proof of booking so it didn’t inconvenience us but not really acceptable. He also suggested we put bins out to protect our parking place if going out so no problems parking at all afterwards.

The cottage is becoming a little tired re the decoration and needs a spring clean.
