The shower cubicle needs updating.

The warmth of the host; the cool entrance lobby when coming in off the street; the high ceilings; the lady who prepared breakfast every day; the big, comfortable bed.

I cannot think of anything that would improve my experience.

breakfast is terrible, coffe is made by a machine and nothing is fresh. also very very limited options. the bed very hard and the bathroom has very very minimal amenities.

The breakfast service is spectacular! The room, beautiful and immaculate quiet for sleeping. The staff are kind a helpful. The amenities were perfect.

In my view the hotel description is derailing. Our room was very spartanely furnished (see photos) with late 60's furniture. The flooring was laminated parquet. The bathroom without bidet. I was expecting a lot more charm & character

Breakfast was great - we had great choices served in a common room or in our room. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Yuri helped carry our luggage up (one flight - no elevator) and allowed us to store luggage on check out day while we toured the charming city. Ambiance was wonderful. This is a charming place with even more charming staff.

We loved everything - no negatives. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Daniela is amazing. Really lovely host who took great care of us and gave us amazing tips and stayed really attentive throughout the trip. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms and beautiful. Great location too.

The booking.com advert says this property has free parking. We arrived on the busiest day of the year and so couldn’t get free parking, if this is important to you double check before booking. That being said Daniela was very accommodating and helpful in that regard.

The most beautiful house and rooms in the centre of Arezzo. The owner and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The rooms are huge and you can use the kitchen facilities where water, juice and milk is at your disposal.

Be prepared to share the apartment with other travellers who you might meet in the kitchen when you make your coffee. This is not a negative thing at all but there might be some people who perhaps are less open to this idea.

Generally clean and Staff was very welcoming in their communication.

Although clean and neat, the interior felt very chap. like an low cost Ikea design. After showering, water got stuck in the shower sink and the toilet didn't have enough force to flush things probably. Breakfast was placed in front of our door the evening before - it contained packaged chep sweet cookies, some fruits. There was also yoghurt and bottled water provided in a fridge in the common room and a capsule coffee maker. I found it disappointing.

Yuri is the perfect host. We were received very warmly. The stay was perfect. A nice room in a nice building. It's all very clean. If you visit Arezzo then this is the place to stay!
