Fabulous hosts introduced us to the property so we understood how everything worked. It was convenient with all wood for the fire available, basic supplies included for the kitchen. Will definitely stay again. The bathroom amenities were lovely with plenty of towels and spare sheets available. The laundry was conveniently located and all facilities worked really well.

The only area of improvement were the beautiful outside coloured lights and not very thick curtains. However our wonderful hosts arranged for their family member to come and switch them off for us immediately. An amazing trip.

The host was kind and in direct contact with us to answer any questions. The house is close to the ski slopes, restaurants and stores (3 mins by car). The interior was well decorated for holidays with Christmas tree next to the fireplace.

The resort although booming in development, still do not match yet the levels of France or Austria chalets. For example, you would have a larger choices of houses in Alps for this price. Another drawback : the person who passed the keys did not speak English nor proper Russian to introduce the house. The cosy house is suitable to explore Caucasus as well as for beginner to intermediate ski practice.

The host is exceptionally helpful - went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met. Property location is convenient to the ski lifts and shopping/entertainment - it’s a short car ride for everything. We enjoyed the yard space around the house - built snow caves, rode in sledges, etc. Views around the house are amazing. Fireplace with stocked firewood is a nice feature. Our only wish was to have a dishwasher on property :).

Nice view, mountains. Market is very close. The upper terrace is super, unfortunately it opens from a room not the common areas. The owner was very friendly.

Communication between owner and lady handling the it via Viber. There was no hook for clothes in the rooms.

The cottage was cozy and the view was great, close to a small mart

The cottage wasn't cleaned, workers were present everyday in front of the cottage (it was annoying), not shattaf

Hosts were awesome , friendly & helpful . Place is great for stays to calm down & relax with Family or group of Friends . very spacious. clean .comfy & cozy .

maybe in future the Access Road to the house could be paved :D ( but still its pretty ok to reach ) . the stairs are a bit dangerous for toddlers ( maybe there was a baby fence , but i couldn't bother finding it )

Nice and comfort place where you can find all that you need (incl. salt, sugar, etc.). Two bathrooms and one additional toilet is very useful after skiing. My kids loved fireplace (it's for fun, not for heating, the heating system works very well). The owner helped us a lot (during corona time many ordinary things are not easy).

Location. It's the biggest problem in Gudauri in general because of Military-Georgian road which sometimes is full of huge tracks. So, the place is not far from a ski area, but you need to use the road to reach any place.
